What is Orthokeratology? Orthokeratology, also known as corneal refractive therapy and Ortho-K, or overnight vision correction, advertised under various brand names such as eyedream, OK lens, dreamlens, miraclens, GOV, i-GO-OVC, CRT, wake and See, emerald, Fargo and iSee, is the practice of inflexible or stiff gas permeable contact lenses, usually worn during nighttime only in order to enhance the vision in cornea reshaping.
