Benefits of Primary Tuition Scholarship For students they define tuition as the portion of the bill that covers your academic program only. Payment for your curricular activities or books is not covered with your tuition fees. Only eligible students can avail the primary tuition scholarships. If you can avail this primary tuition scholarship, you will only pay between 10 to 35 percent of your tuition that depends upon family income. For example, having two eligible parents guarantees you for a simultaneous two scholarships for a maximum of 70%. Some are not qualified to avail this scholarship because of postdoctoral research scholar/scientist and also instruction or research for visiting officer.
