The customer service and the sale personnel service is really bad, I just bought a carter shelves at Funan Digitalife Mall two day ago, they delivered the item to my house when i was not around, later when i checked on the item found it shaking and was not stable, called the sale personnel and he said it my mother fault for not checking when delivered, asked him when can he sent a technician for checking, he said will had to wait for next month , I called their customer service for help and she told me to called back two day later. I had waited few week for them to delivered the carter shelves and now i had to wait for another few week for them to check on their faulty item and i not sure whether they are coming.

The customer service is very poor, when I call up to enquiry about the defective chair bought from Fedelco, the lady which answer my call just said the warranty period is over (less than one year) & refuse to let me talk to the manager.
