Another delicious and authentic Japanese ramen restaurant. Their ramen is very Q, nice tender. Do not forget their Japanese half cook egg, is a must for me to order. Their soup base should be pork bone soup, taste sweet and smell great. Perfect match with the ramen. Price is reasonable, You must try them out, you won't regret.

Shin Sapporo's ramen is no ordinary. Especially the Hakata tonkotsu ramen, that comes with generous serving of ingredients. Their soup is what I like best.
One of the best authentic ramen experiences I have had so far. The pork bone soup stock is boiled to perfection and the noodles are cooked evenly. My favourite item on the menu would definitely be the shin-sapporo miso ramen.
