Spizza painstakingly employs traditional methods of baking pizzas in a specially-sourced wood oven, using dough made in-house daily by our dedicated chefs. Our 24 noteworthy gourmet pizzas are tried and tested recipes, and bear the names of Italian women, some of whom belong to our regular customers with a preferred flavour in mind.
