I ordered this Pig Organ Soup as I was craving for soup. Let's talk about the meatballs first (a fan of meatball). I think I got four of it because i said i didn't want the pig's liver. I don't eat it. The meatball is chewy and goes well with their chili sauce. I like the soup. It does not contain a lot of msg as i don't feel very thirsty after drinking it. The pepper mixes well with the soup. The pork meat was just ok though.

Albert Centre Market & Food Centre has been newly renovated and I took the opportunity to explore the food centre a bit. There seem to be many interesting and nice food around the food centre. After making a few rounds around the food centre, I decided to settle for the pig organ soup. The pig organ soup had a nice balance and the soup is neither too salty or peppery.

Yu Ji sells mutton soup and pig\'s organ soup and seems to have regular customers as i could hear the stall holder chit chat with the customers in the queue in front of me.And my craving for mutton soup today was good as i had a very good meal of fresh tender and delicious mutton soup and the herbs they used is the kind of taste i like as sometimes different mutton soup\'s chef uses the herbs which are vastly different in taste.
