I signed up a NCB protected policy with them since 2007. An accident occured in 2008 to my 5 year old MPV and the company declared a total loss to my claim. I recovered my repayment with 10K more of losses (based on yearly depreciation) and worst of all, this company quote me a sky high premium (NCB protected policy requires you to renew the new policy with them!) when i was scouting for a new car replacement. They withdrawed my coverage when i decide on a brand new hybrid from Kah motor! I left with paying high premium all these while for a useless policy to me!!!
