Watsons Personal Care Stores made its foray into the Singapore market in April 1988 with the opening of a 4,000 square feet store at Marina Square. The brand has since expanded rapidly through the years. In 2003, Watsons introduced pharmacy services to its customers with the opening of its first pharmacy counter at Ngee Ann City.

To date, Watsons has 21 pharmacy counters located within its key stores. Watson’s Singapore now has 101 stores with the latest store additions at ION Orchard and Ang Mo Kio Hub.
