eLC is formerly known as Medix Multimedia Consultancy Pte Ltd (incorporated in 1998). Our core competencies are in eLearning content development and empowering end-users to develop their own eLearning content. Our mission is to assist our clients in closing their organisation's performance gaps through eLearning. We are most well known for our work in the Defence and Education (teacher-training) sector.
