Din Rai Fung was Founded by Bingyi Yang, born 1927 in China’s Shanxi Province. Yang found his first job in Taiwan - as a deliveryman with “HengTaiFung” then it force to closed. The “Heng Tai Fung” reopen in 1958 by Yang with name “Din Tai Fung” to show how grateful he was for Heng Tai Fung’s owner kindness. Todat, Din Tai Fung has become an international brand for delicate steamed dumplings.
