- Singapore PDF(Passenger Departure Fee) of S$6/pax, Surcharge of S$15/pax & Batam Terminal Fee of S$7/pax payable upon collecting boarding passChild (2-12yrs old) with bed : $49 per person
- Guide and driver tipping of S$2 per day per pax
- Personal Insurance, room service, optional tour, porterage fee, VISA fee, and all expenses of personal nature

- NO refund or exchange can be made in respect of meal sightseeing tour and/or service that are included in the tour fare when not utilized by the customer
- Customer who missed their ferry must pay surcharge of S$3 per pax (payable at Sindo Counter) for issuing of new boarding pass and a surcharge of $5 per pax for transportation(payable to guide upon arrival)
