You need to know that you do not have to run a seven minute mile in order to loose weight. You just need to run at a pace that is comfortable for you, you should be moving at a pace that you are able to carry on a conversation with out much difficulty. You need to be consistent and run everyday and as you do you will notice that it becomes easier and you will be able to increase your pace and the weight really will fall off.
