First Impressions: Screw up a first impression, and you probably won't be able to repair the damage.

In your first meeting with others you must create a good impression in their hearts, otherwise it may not be able to repair the bad impression. First Impression creates a lot of magic in life. Impression is not by cloths but by heart. Let me explain with a example, When you first meeting your online freinds or a penpals after a very short period of chat or emails, you may be humorous but not your freinds, You may not be perfectionist but your freind may be! If you make your to wait and you are not cared about the late it creates a bad impression on you and it may lead to a break in freindships. So be perfect in your First Impressions.

It's all About Me
it is about us only. Us includes the both you and me. This advice fits for everyone in this world. Don't talk about yourself only. Bad first impressions are often caused by anxiety. An anxious person cannot think of something to talk about, and so they talk about what they know best: themselves. How many women have been bored in a party while some guy talk with them about him itself. We think that it will create good impression with our freinds or penpals, but the truth is it creates a lot of bad impressions upon us. Any converstion with penpals and freinds must not revolve around a single person. We must not talk only about ourself and also we must not use the word "I". It's a dangerous word in converstion. Insted of using "I" use "We", See how cool the word is. It includes both or more persons, and also creates a impression of caring. You should let others discover who you are by their own initiative. Just because they shook your hand doesn't mean they want to attend a reading of your autobiography.
The Handshake

Do you have one? Many do not have a handshake. Instead, they hold out their hand for you to squeeze. While you may sense some body heat, that is the only sign of life apparent in the proffered limb. The arm muscles do not join in the shaking process; the fingers do not grasp your hand. Instead the handshake feels about as lifeless as slightly grilled calamari. Bad handshakers drive good handshakers nuts; it's as if they just go through the motions of meeting someone, while they think about something, or someone else. A Good handshake must be strong and steady which gives you a impression that you care strong freindship.
The Poker Face

Some People have fear to meat other people. They get shivering and shake their hands, get sweating in a fully Air conditioned room, or grit their teeth, take deep breath inbetween. They will try to hide their fear. Their speach will be like a preach than a conversation. They won't allow others to ask any questions to them. They won't have any jokes or take any interest in anything. In real life, people confronted with a poker face pretend they need to go to the bathroom just to get away, and then escape to another part of the party.

Too Smart For Your Own Good

Smart syndrome occurs when someone feels their best way to make an impression on others is to show how smart they are. This mistake invariably makes you look eccentric'or worse, it makes you look like Cliff the Mailman from Cheers. Even if you are very bright, you will throw people off if you have a lot to say about every subject; others will become scared to talk, for fear of looking foolish. Worst yet is the person who can answer every 25 questions in a row in Trivial Pursuit. Who wants to play against someone who is sure to beat them?

Amidst hundreds of loan products available in the market which one should I opt for? This is the question that is being faced by many prospective borrowers. The UK loan market is brimming with lenders who have hundreds of loan products. Basically, all the loans can be classified into secured and unsecured loans. If you are a homeowner you have an advantage. Low rate loans can be yours provided you are ready to pledge your home to the lender. As a tenant, you cannot provide home as a security. So, in that case, you will have to remain content with unsecured loan that commands a higher rate of interest.

A two level approach is what you need to compare loans and get a right deal. First, you need to decide whether you will go for secured or unsecured loan. This question would become redundant if you are a tenant because a tenant has only one option available to him – unsecured loans. However, if you are a homeowner you will have to decide this dilemma. Following tips might be helpful for you:

Pledging your home for the sake of small loan is not desirable. If you have a small loan requirement that can be easily met without involving your home then you should avoid secured loans.
If you want a loan for long durations say, more than ten years, then you should be willing to pledge your home. Similarly, if rate of interest is a key consideration for you, pledging your home is the right choice.

How to compare loans?
You can compare loans by taking help of the loan comparison websites. These sites are independent and free of charge for the borrowers. You can also compare loans by yourself, requesting several lenders to give you the loan quotes and then choosing out of them.
