[E409]Eye Anti Aging Cream
by J.J. Yong, J.J

One of the very first and most pronounced areas that show the signs of aging is around the eyes. The eyes are generally the first thing you notice about a person, and it is a shame that this is also the exact spot where aging decides to take its first toll. But the question arises, how and why do eye wrinkles form? What can be done to help prevent eye wrinkles? Once eye wrinkles have formed is Botox or an anti-aging wrinkle cream the only way to help fight them, or is there something else that can be done?

These are all great questions and understanding their answers will be of great use to you as you try and combat the effects of aging in your own life. Eye wrinkles form for many reasons. Genes can play a factor, with certain individuals being genetically predisposed to having buildups of skin around the eyes. Ultra-violet rays are a primary culprit, with the extended periods of time spent out in the sun over the course of your life slowly taking their toll on your skin. Allergies can be a factor, given that they can initially irritate the skin and lead to swelling, with then your own itching and rubbing pronouncing the effects. And, quite obviously, nutrition can also be extremely important, since a poor diet can lead to poor nutrition for the skin, and therefore more wrinkles.

Preventing wrinkles ahead of time can be difficult for some, particularly if they are genetically predisposed. For others, there are steps that can be taken. Limiting your time under the sun and using sun-block when you are outside for extended amounts of time, will be able to reduce the effects of UV rays. Trying to avoid rubbing and irritating the skin around the eyes can be a good step. Using a good facial moisturizer will greatly help in reducing the formation of wrinkles. Also, taking active steps in improving your diet and providing the proper nourishment for your skin will go a long way for preventing wrinkles in the long run.

Obviously methods like Botox are not necessary when fighting wrinkles, and anti-aging cream isn't the only way to help your fight against them. Taking the proactive measures mentioned above will go a long way to help preventing them. In addition, continuing those measures if they have formed can also help greatly. When wrinkles have formed, being sure to keep the skin clean and healthy and providing it with the proper nutrients through your dieting habits will be helpful. Also, do not rule out using anti-aging face creams. Even though they aren't the only method to fight them with, they are safe and affordable ways to assist your efforts.

There are thousands of different anti-aging creams available on the market today. Since women are especially concerned with the effects of age to their skin, most of these anti-aging creams are targeted towards the women market, but many men have turned to them as well.

Do does the anti aging creams work at all?

Most of these products promises reduced wrinkles, which normally can be noticed after a short use of the cream.

But, there are no known anti-aging creams that will actually eliminate wrinkles or otherwise permanently reverse the aging effects to the skin.

Anti-aging creams remove layers of dead skin from the surface, and hydrate the lower layers giving them a fuller look that helps reduced the appearance of those wrinkles.

Well, the wrinkles are still there actually, and will reappear after the discontinued use of the skincare product. Therefore, you have to continue to apply it.

These creams are not cheap, and it is expensive to maintain the effect.

You can still achieve the same effect by using the less expensive type of moisturizers.

The only anti-aging cream ingredient that was proven scientifically are vitamin C and E, as well as Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA).

These three ingredients have been proven to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, but there are likely also many other ingredients that will produce similar effectsl.

Results of any skincare product will vary from user to user, and a good strategy would be to try several different brands before settling on one which will work best for you.

In addition to antiaging cream, the two most effective things you can do to slow down the appearance of wrinkles is avoid smoking, and to apply sunscreen at the beginning of everyday if you plan on being outside for more than fifteen minutes.

SPF 15 or higher is highly recommended here. It looks good to be tan, but excessive UV exposure is a sure way to bring on wrinkled skin before its due time.
