Going out with friends or your loved one, doing things you like doing like eating out, watching movies or walking and having a good laugh is what you need to keep your mind intact. There is one condition though: try not to think about your problems while you're out. You won't be able to do anything about them at that moment, so there is no reason to think about them at all.

When you know you can't avoid stress, always find something else you can occupy your mind with from time to time. In such situations as having your child in a hospital or finding out that your loved one has been cheating you for months, stress is inevitable. You simply have something else you can think of - otherwise it will destroy you piece by piece as your mind will have no chance to rest at all.
