Take the stairs instead of the elevator, park in a stall further away and get the extra walking in, go for a walk on your lunch break. Also, get some time in the morning or afternoon for 20-30 minutes of cardio work. Whether that be walking, jogging, running or biking, make sure to get yourself going and burning extra calories. Working out in the morning on an empty stomach also has a great effect, as it burns fat faster.
