[L657]Low Pressure And High Pressure
by A. Bornhoft, A.
Most people hate high pressure sales and avoid it at all costs. But, when you are involved in a Home Based Business, you have to know how to market your product without turning up too much heat. Fine tuning your communication skills and knowing what is going on inside of you can lead to great success with your prospects. Here are some tips to help you walk the fine line:

1. Communicate with your prospect that you understand that it is their job to decide if your business is a good fit for them, and you are completely ok with the direction their decision goes. This allows them to let their guard down, and keeps you relaxed because you are not pressuring yourself either.

2. Know that you don't need that particular prospect to join for you to have have success! There are over 100 million people looking for a Home Based Business every year. There are plenty of people out there who will want what you have.

3. Don't allow yourself to become attached to the outcome. If you focus on the money you will make when they join, or how much you want a new member, you will communicate desperation subconsciously.

4. Stay in the game by surrounding yourself with things that you enjoy. Focus on the positives of life, the things for which you are grateful. Insecurity demands that your prospect make you feel good which is not good for them or you. Being positive about life makes draws them in with you!

5. Find their reason for being interested in a Home Based business. Most people have a deeper reason driving their interest. This can be a desire for a better life, more time with family, financial freedom. Understanding their reason, knowing how it fits with your business, and connecting the two can yield wonderful results for you and your prospect.

6. Remind yourself of why you are doing what you are doing. Even if you don't love sales, but you have a passion to accomplish your goals, you will communicate heart and passion which is appealing to others!

7. Ask what is going on subconsciously inside of you before you make contact with a prospect. If there is anything less than positive, nip it in the bud. Begin to list the things you have to be grateful for and when you feel the change happen inside, do your calls.

The constant opening and closing of hydraulic valves can create sending shockwaves through the system.  If the most appropriate pressure sensing technology is not employed this can lead to irreparable damage to the sensing element. One method to protect a high pressure sensor in a hydraulic system is to fit a snubber or a restriction inside the pressure connection.  A snubber is very effective in absorbing , but there is a trade off with the dynamic response and over time the snubber or restriction could become blocked from a build up of contaminant particles.Another method to reduce the effect of is to use a much than you need so that its is effectively increased.  But this again leads to compromise in measurement performance which in this case is a combination of accuracy, signal to noise and lower output signal. In some hydraulic systems it maybe appropriate to combine both of the above methods to protect a pressure sensor but it is also worth carefully choosing the pressure sensing technology that is most suited to the punishing changes in pressure it will be subjected to as part of a test stand. The and both have sensing elements that are machined from one piece of 17-4ph Stainless Steel which results in a uniform structural lattice for higher mechanical integrity without the need for composite high precision welding.  The sensing element is TIG welded to a specially designed pressure connector which isolates the sensing element from external mechanical stresses such as the ones induced when installing a pressure sensor. The sensing diaphragm of the and is typically 0.8-1.0mm thick which makes the diaphragm very strong and durable.  A arrangement of foil strain gauges are bonded to the reverse side of the diaphragm which are then connected to a signal conditioning PCB for rationalising the pressure sensors output. The has a , 5 or 10 volt output with pressure ranges from 0 to 50 (750 ) up to 0 to 1000 (15,000 ) and achieves a typical measurement accuracy of 0.1% full scale best straight line The  has a milli-volt output signal with pressure ranges from 0 to 10 (150 ) up to 0 to 1000 (15,000 ) and achieves a measurement accuracy of 0.15%FS BSL typically.  Both the and can be configured for most applications with a selection of electrical connections such as a DIN 43650 plug, M12 connector, Amphenol military bayonet style plug, Binder connector and integral cable gland.  A complete choice of pressure connections are also available with G1/4 male or female, 1/8 or 1/4 NPT male or female, G1/2A male, M12 or M14 x 1.5 male and 7/16-20 UNF male or female.
