Ever since you began your current job, your boss hasn't left you alone for once. You've done the entire task asked, yet you feel like you are being micromanaged. In addition to that, the other workers that you work with are always gossiping in the little cubicles that you all share. They're loud, the phones are constantly ringing, and your commute to get to office to have to put up with all of this is just short of one hour long if you're fortunate. If that wasn't disheartening enough, you recently investigated your position to find out that others in the same job position as you with the same qualifications are earning nearly twice as much as you are. Maybe, it's time to start thinking about quitting in order to look for employment elsewhere.
In this time and age, quitting a job isn't as simple as it might have been a few years ago before the economy took a downward turn. These days, if someone actually secures a job, let alone an employer is seeking for an employee, all ears are alert. Job security isn't what it used to be anymore, people are losing their home and people's credit scores are going in the toilet all because they can't afford to pay their fees because everything that they've toiled for is being used to feed them due to the fact that they lost their job.
In some studies that were carried out, it has been reported that the average American is only one or two paychecks away from being homeless...pretty scary statistics to think about, isn't it. Today, a lot of people (depending on the industry that you're working) can barely go to sleep at night without been concern about whether or not they'll have a job the next morning. Then again, is it really worth your state of mental health and peace of mind to remain at a job that, in the long run, isn't going anywhere? When your job is making you unhappy, that's something else. Most people aren't contented with their present jobs; rather, they perform their functions (reluctantly) because the income is the motivating factor. We need money to live, and as a result, a lot of people stick with bad job situations if it means that we will be guaranteed pay check at the end of the month. For instance, I know of many people who are totally miserable at their jobs- people who completely dread driving to work but who do it because they now have a family to keep or because the benefits that the job offers are simply unmatched anywhere else they have searched.
In some cases, you may need to quit from your current job because it is actually setting you up to lose money versus make money. For instance, there was a point in time when I actually played with the idea of having to look for a different job because income was tight and coupled with the high cost of gas prices, I was finding that my income was essentially going to cover the cost of me having to fill up my tank in order to go to and from work. Luckily, my situation turned around, and I never had to look around. The point is, you must learn to keep your options open. Don't think for a second that just because you are the president of a corporation that you cannot be changed or those things can't happen overnight. Know your restrictions. Know your financial state. Know what you will and will not be able to accomodate so that you will know if and when it's time to begin looking in another career direction.
Over the last five years I have been working for various businesses as an employee. During this period I have been laid off or made redundant on several occasions which resulted with difficult financial circumstances stress and relationship breakdown. Therefore, I realised the only person that I could truly depend on was myself. But the question was, what could be done with a little or no money, how you could start a business. The stress levels were rising as bills were coming in on a regular basis. Furthermore, I was getting to a stage where I was in a panic about what to do. I searched the internet looking relentlessly for opportunities. The set up cost would be minimal in comparison with a traditional bricks and mortar business. To my surprise there were various business opportunities to choose from. However, the question was, do these programmes actually work? Is it possible to earn an income working online? The answers to these questions as I have discovered is a definite yes.
The difficult part is to distinguish the legitimate opportunities and eliminate the ones that would be wasting valuable time and money. After lengthy research and process of elimination I soon realised that there is an abundance of make money online systems available to choose from all making extraordinary claims to make sizable incomes from a relatively modest $47 or $97, the only problem was with these sort of low cost set up it was a little like having a massive jigsaw puzzle and purchasing only a few of the pieces you never get the whole picture.
There is a extensive amount of information required before you could generate any income. These type's of low cost online systems was not going to actually do it for the average person. The reason for this is quite simple you cannot teach someone to be a plumber or an electrician through manuals or e-books alone. I am not implying that these programmes aren't useful or have no value they do. On the contrary there is a tremendous amount of material out there and strategies that you can follow and implement, but the overriding factor is if you have a problem somewhere along the line which you invariably will there is always a missing element that would hinder the average Joe who is totally new as I was to progress. That is why there is need for a mentor or coach who can assist you every step along the way.
This is the main reason why 95% of online businesses fail is through a lack of training and education. Finding the correct programme with one to one training was the key to unlock the mystery to online marketing for me. The good news is there many such programmes if you know where to look, how ever some of these training programmes can be quite costly and it's pretty much up to the individual as to which one to go for.
