FORGETTING SAHRAH MARSHALL: Ater suffering a tough split with long time girlfriend Sarah, a TV sitcom actress, Peter finally plans to take a vacation to the Hawaiian Islands to start anew and forget about Sarah. As one might expect, upon checking into the resort, the first thing he sees is sarah and her new man, who has it all. This movie has all the ingredients of a thoughtful romantic comedy.
HAMLET 2: Unsucessful actor Dana Marshz has moved on to teaching theater classes at the high school to uninspired high schoolers. The school loses a building due to destruction, so the school administation feels that the theater curriculum will be what is dropped. Now fully motivated, he tries to save the theater classes by producing Hamlet 2, a new version of the classic, which he writes himself.
PINEAPPLE EXPRESS: Underacheiveing pothead Dale unfortunately has just viewed a crooked police man, and a big time dealer, kill someone. He was spotted, and they know he has seen what's gone down. Knowing they've seen him, he drops his joint of pineapple express, and takes off. The weed is so special, that the bad guys can. The chase is on, Dale and his pot dealer friend Saul are on the run.
STEP BROTHERS: When two child like older men, who both live at home with one parent, are going to live in the same bedroom because their parents have wed, big problems loom. Put Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly playing the parts, and this seems to be a great recipe for lots of laughs. This movie is a must see if your looking for some laughs.
ZACK AND MIRI MAKE A PORNO: The bills aren't getting paid and Zack and Miri, life long platonic friends who live together, need to come up with some cash soon. What's their solution? Simple, make a dirty movie. Obviously this is a perfect enviornment for a great comedy.
GET SMART: Agent 86 makes a return to the big screen, and he has us right where he wants us. The classic james bond spy spoof, the shoe phone, and all the classic quotes. This is a modern day version that looks back at the antics of Maxwell Smart.
MADAGASCAR: ESCAPE 2 AFRICA: As you might imagine, this is the continuation to the animated smash hit Madagascar. The four animal heroes, Alex the Lion, Marty the Zebra, Melman the Giraffe, and Gloria the Hippo are trying to get back to New York's famous Central Park Zoo, which is the only home they know. As oppossed to going home, due to the Penguins, they are heading off to Africa, for more adventures.
ROLE MODELS: Danny (Paul Rudd) and Wheeler (William Scott) a couple of energy drink sales people, are looking at jail time after destroying the company vehicle while binging. The option to get out of serving jail time is to work in community service for 150 hours. Their task will be to mentor some kids in a community service program. Let the fun begin.
TROPIC THUNDER: Filled with great actors we soon see this movie is a claasic parody of popular war films. In order to inspire his crew to create a quality war film, the now venturesome director into the middle of nowhere, and leaves them there by themselves. The goal is to scare them into producing a war classic, which hidden cameras will capture. Unbelievabley, as the director steps on an old land mine and dies, the crew is left on its own, and they are covinced everything is just an act, but the bullets flying are actually real. Great cast with incredible make up for Robert Downey Jr.and Tom Cruise.
