[F943]Fun In The Sun Song
by John Singleson, Joh
We all work hard at the bureau, but we also essential to unravel periodically. You know where I'm approach from. No affair how worrying the day or how dreary gear get in the breather of the world, it's forever relief to get back home and downfall in your partner's arms for a well deserved hug, and to grab your kids and toss the adorable little rugrats in the air to make them chuckle.

Well, taking this a phase broaden, we all want vacations, and these are flawless opportunities to join with your consort and kids, and make up for all the vanished time you useless burning the midnight oil on those projects at work. One of the best spaces to restrain out for your family, no topic your kid's age extend and good, is the mess of Florida. Here are a few hot acne down there you'll definitely want to take the family the next time you take an escape.

Everyone understands Disneyland. Odds are you went there in your youth too, and your kids will dear it there! And if you never went there as a kid, well, now's a good time to grab up on mystified time and go back too little-kid style with your own bunch of tiny little troopers, isn't it? With 4 focal theme parks and a lot of sights and actions to suggest at almost all hours of the day, Disneyland ranks as The top family vacaton situation in the world. It's recommended that you restraint out the tour procedure presented so you can strategically mark where to go to see all the sights.

Cocoa Beach - just in problem one of your kids is a teenage surfer duuuuuude!, this is definitely the place to go. It's Florida's most prominent "breakers city," and surfers around the world chief here often. The waves are moderately challenging in some areas, gentle in others, and there are recurring beaches where the rest of the family can just hang out to sunbathe and play in the smooth. Also, Sebastian Inlet is located just south of Cocoa seashore. This fjord is legendary the world over for having the most consistent breakers and the main crowds. Competitions are detained here regularly, and if your kids are passionate about surfing, they'll most understand this place.

Dry Tortugas National Park - this little coral island offers some of the best snorkeling in the world. It offers some of the most vivid marine life around, set in charming innocent coral formations. There is also a 200 base wreckage called the Windjammer that home to thousands of corals and schools of fish. If your kids are too immature to snorkel, there are also beaker underside yacht rentals that will tolerate your family to outlook the beauty of the marine life here lacking having to anxiety about receiving wet.

Crystal River and West Palm Beach - kids adore animals. Heck, most adults do too (except I'm a still a kid and just never noticed that I grew taller), and these two spaces present the opportunity to perceive two of the more adorable aquatic animals around. Crystal canal home to the manatees, which congregate there between November through April every year. There are, of course, exact laws prohibiting harassing the manatees, but would you very want to pluck on a ten bottom long, 1000 mash animal, no topic how gracious it is? West Palm Beach, on the other hand, home to a drift modern that allows divers to run with turles. Remember the surfer turtles from the picture Finding Nemo? You get the picture.

Pensacola - if you're a martial buff like me, you'll want to regulate to this military city and verify out the sights. Tanks, aircraft, violent weapons of bulk destruction, large level guns that go BOOM!, arms, and armor in broad make this a single urban to stay for vacation. Just keep the kids away from the stern hardware, of course, unless you want to explicate to the locals how your kid accidentally managed to take your toe off! Seriously however, the town has got superb security (visibly) that keeps mishaps from event, and you can take the family along to impede the place out lacking worrying about little Timmy burning a switch and detonating a city block!

Summer has arrived and it is hot! What should you do to protect yourself from the suns' harmful rays? With all of the choices out there what do you look for in a sunscreen?  These are questions we all ask ourselves every year when the weather warms up. I suggest starting with a sunscreen that has broad spectrum coverage, includes zinc or titanium dioxide, is stable in sunlight, and contains as few hazardous ingredients as possible. How do you read the label to determine what might be hazardous to your health? I recommend investing in a book called 'A Consumers Dictionary of Cosmetic Ingredients' .By Ruth Winter, M.S.  You would be amazed at the health hazards disguised as personal care products, even baby products and sunscreen.  When choosing a sunscreen also look for products that have an SPF of a least 15 or higher, and come in a cream or liquid that can not be inhaled.  It is important to have both UVA and UVB production. Think of UVA as aging rays and UVB as burning rays. You don't want a product that just prevents you from burning, but will not protect you from those hard to get rid of age spots later in life. You also don't want to a product that just prevents dark brown spots, but leaves you looking like a boiled tomato.

We  also often overlook the health risks associated with too much sun exposure, and why it is so important to protect your skin from sun damage. Here is a list of a few things caused by being in the sun under protected, and over exposed.

·         Melanoma skin cancer: The most serious form of skin cancer, and also the fast growing type of cancer in the US. Scientist now believe there might be a link between our childhood sunburns and developing melanoma later in life. If this type of cancer is caught in time, it is almost always curable. So be very aware of what is on your skin and any changes in your skin. Check out the American Cancer Societies Web Site for what to look for.

·         Nonmelanoma Skin Cancer: These types of skin cancer are rarely fatal, but never leave any skin cancer left untreated. There are two types: Basal Cell Carcinomas, fleshy non-spreading nodules or bumps, and squamous cell carcinomas, which grow rapid tumors that can spread to other parts of the body.

·         Premature Aging: And then there is the premature aging of the skin that causes the skin to become thick, wrinkled and leathery. This condition can be avoided by proper sun protection! In addition to the damage the sun can do to your looks and long term skin health, it also affects your immune system.

·          Immune System Supression: Sunburns can alter your immune system by affecting your white blood cells and can take up to 24 hours to start doing their job properly after extreme sun exposure.

It hardly seems worth the risk to your health and wellness to go unprotected in these hot summer months. So remember always wear sunscreen, reapply ever two hours, limit your sun exposure when possible, and wear a hat with a wide brim whenever possible. If you follow these recommendations, you can avoid the hazards of the sun and enjoy your summer while looking good for years to come.
