[G204]Get Your Head Right
by Fred Nicklaus, Fre
I'm telling you my story for a few reasons. One is to put some pressure on myself to get to the 190 lb mark. If I tell you guys all I know that it has to get done. The other is to offer you a little inspiration and to remind you that your physical fitness and your success in achieving your goals have a lot to do with how you see yourself.

What exactly do I mean when I say get the picture in your head right? Let me give you an example from my quest for 190. Getting to 190 pounds is not really all that difficult. The challenge comes in what you tell yourself and in what you accept as ok. It also comes in controlling urges and amounts of food that you eat. In my particular situation I haven't taken getting to 190 as seriously as I would like, because I have associated no urgency with the goal and believe that I'm taking pretty good care of myself because of my exercise routine and the foods that I eat.

Until I decide to convince myself that I'll be healthier at 190 pounds and do not need the extra weight, I will not lose the weight. As long as I'm o.k. with myself at 200 plus, there is no need to change. So what is the secret? It's to picture myself at 190 and convince myself that 190 is a much better deal for me. Besides that, it's important to have a goal and to get after it. It's time to get serious.

I've got many other goals that I continue to work on. What are some of your goals? How serious are you about achieving them? What are you willing to do to make it happen? It is said that the human being is a success seeking mechanism. Without goals and consistent movement in a positive direction, we can not hope to become the person that we are capable of becoming. Read more about the success mechanism in Doctor Maxwell Maltz's best selling book Psycho-cybernetics. It's a great read on the power of the self image and how to get it going in the right direction.

Good luck with your goals,

Fred Nicklaus

So you have the idea that working from home or a home based business is exactly what you need. You are thinking that working from home is the perfect remedy for whatever it is that ails you. More than likely the thing that's ailing you is a job of some sort, am I right? Working from home will give you all of the freedom that you've been looking for, right? Let me take this brief amount of time that we have together to get all of those idea's out of your thought process.
None of the things mentioned are your problem, and the idea of "working from home" surely isn't going to solve anything either. Do you know why? Because the phrase "working from home" doesn't mean anything! It's completely meaningless. Whatever it is that you want to accomplish, no matter what that might be, is going to require one thing?..WORK.
Many people today hear the phrase "work from home" and immediately assume this involves sitting in their pajamas at 11:30 in the morning, checking their email, and getting wealthy. Let me clue you in?..this isn't the case, so if this is what you're searching for you might as well find another plan of attack right now. You don't want to work from home; you want to win the lottery.
If you're interested in actually working, proceed in your search for an opportunity that fits you. This is a very important factor in finding an opportunity that's right for you. Not just the "working from home" part. Whatever you choose to make money doing has to be enjoyable to you. If it's not, you won't do the necessary work, it's that simple. And then you'll blame the opportunity for your failure; rather than yourself. But I digress; my point to this article is to get the idea out of your head about "working from home". Where you work from is of little importance. The bottom line is that there is going to have to be work done, work that may be a bit different to the kind of work you've been doing your entire life.
