Since cellulite is fat, excess weight can contribute to it. According to Dr. D.S.Jaspal, President of Indian Medical Association (Haryana), eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables - low in calories yet packed with nutrients. And drink fruit and vegetable juices. He advises to eat a healthy, balanced diet and get back in balance by resting well.
We must shun stuffy atmospheres and crowded streets as much as possible because of our need for this vital force. Start breathing in gently, first inflating the upper part of the thorax, and moving arms to the horizontal position and then slightly backwards, The complete breathing in process should take 6 to 12 seconds. Breathing out should be done slowly. Begin by collapsing the upper part of the chest, then the lower part, and end by contracting the stomach. To empty the chest completely, lower the arms, the shoulders and the head bent slightly forward and back slightly arched.
Adequate rest and massage techniques are your best friend. The best time for massage is in the morning, when the inflammation of the cellulite tissue is at its minimum. Cellulite is always more evident in the evening because of fatigue. Morning massage can be deeper, hence more effective. Do the massage three times a week, about 35 minutes each time, having draining for 5 minutes, roll-massage for 5 minutes, rapid massage on all the least affected areas for 10 minutes, direct massage on most painful areas for 10 minutes and general draining movements for 5 minutes.

Everyone loves a topical treatment, but most commercial cellulite creams are loaded with chemicals and additives that can contribute more to your body's toxic load. There are qualifications if you want to submit yourself as a liposuction candidate. You should be physically fit, emotionally fit, have elastic skins and close to your ideal weight. Candidates should also have realistic expectations. Even when liposuction is successful, some individuals do still end up with some remaining cellulite.

Take note that liposuction may have some side effects and risks. After the procedure, you would have to endure some bruising and swelling. In some cases, individuals may also suffer from infections, anesthesia reactions, bleeding and organ puncture.

Liposuction is not for everyone as far as budget and health are concerned. One good alternative for people who cannot undergo the procedure is to use natural solutions and remedies.

For best results, always use your anti cellulite product only as indicated. Maintaining good habits is also a must. If you don't eat right and exercise, you will make your cellulite on leg problems worse. It's like putting the fat back after getting rid of it.
