[A411]All I Ever Needed To Know I Learned In Kindergarten
by Terrence Aubrey, Ter
Scamming in any other context would be called fraud, deception, lying, or theft, yes its that simple.

It is an undeniable fact that The Ukraine and other FSU countries have gained a bad reputation through the actions of scammers, but what percentage of the populations of these countries have been involved? In reality a very small number and can we even be sure that these actions have come out of these countries? The truth is we cannot know. 1 person can easily if he, or she wishes post 100 distinct photos and profiles of beautiful women across the net, yes it really is that easy. The truth is scamming will never be erradicted. It is too easy and there are too many people looking to hear that which they want to hear, despite logic and reason dictating that the responses they receive are both unlikely and beyond belief. So far as there are people (mostly men) wanting to believe the improbable, the unbelievable and the impossible, it will continue? Scamming is yet another widely accepted online word, much as geek and surfing the web, but lets be absolutely clear scamming is attempted theft, fraud, or deception.

How easy is it to perpetuate scamming? It's ridiculously easy. The problem is that the internet has been from its inception a channel for the free and open exchange of information worldwide and as such is open to all, the good, the bad and the ugly, without distinction.

What does it take to become a scammer? It really is hopelessly easy, what did they need? Little, very little, a photo, or photos of a beautiful woman. The ability to write poetic and romantic letters and a computer. In actual fact the perpetetrators of this black art could carry out their work from anywhere in the world and I wonder, just how many of these scammers were actually based in Europe, or the USA. Yes I know it`s too simple, but believe it, or not, it really it is that simple.

The collapse of the FSU was when it came sudden and dissordered and for many extreme finacial hardship set in. Yes there are a, a minority that have become rich, or even super rich, but in general these are materially speaking poor countries.

It has become increaingly clear that an incredibly huge number of very beautiful women live in these countries, but equally there are a lot of smart and highly computer literate people also and there you have it. The beginning of scamming from the FSU. My area of expertise is The Ukraine and within this country the phenomenon of scamming maybe started in Lugansk,, a quite small city, way down in the south east of The Ukraine, it is an area, that until recently was famous for its mineral wealth and mining.

Lugansk has now become famous both within The Ukraine and among many men across the world, why? It was the address used by so many scammers over the years. Is there something different, or distintive about Lugansk? The noticable distinction is not that these ladies are very beautiful, no it is the fact that there are so many of them and as any visitors soon realises they are everywhere. It can be quite a shock for the guy on his first visit? No, it is just another Ukrainian city. My friends from this city tell me that the practise of scamming began about 10 years ago, within Lugansk and these guys made a lot of money.

What did it take, it was so easy. Put a photo of a beautiful lady online; find some nice words to say and that was it. Guys the world over began writing to these women, sending money, gifts, it was a dream come true, it was too easy.

Before we jump in with our outrage and our criticism, we should remember as I have stated above that this is a part of the world materially deprived and the duped, robed, or conned guys were in general from the 1st world, yes the rich guys. Suddenly the beauty of the women of The Ukraine had a value, became a saleable item and the Internet made it possible.

Who is to blame, the beautiful women, or the gullible guys? It seems to me to be a 50/50 situation and if you are a guy that has been duped, I am sorry, but that is how it seems to me.

Now the plain fact is that The Ukraine and other former Soviet Union countries are very rich in beautiful, cultured and very intelligent women and for a variety of reasons they are open to finding a man from without their borders. How to find and contact one?

There are now some very successful and huge dating sites worldwide. These sites are now huge with millions of users around the world and it is largely due to their, efforts, profesionalism and integrity that online dating is now mainline and socially acceptable. Why should you not seek your Russian, or Ukrainian lady from these sites? Due to their own success they are all automated and self registering systems and whilst I know they have very stringent built in safegaurds and controls, a clever scammer ( and most are very clever) can slip through and into their system? I,m sure that many of these sites would agree that due to the history and the high insidence of scamming from FSU countries a different approach is necessary. A very hands on and personal approach and an individual vetting and verification process for each individual woman wishing to enrol to the Dating Agency.

The Ukraine and Russia are unique and only through a very controlled system of membership can you be sure. A system whereby each lady is met, interviewed, photographed and then allowed to enrol into the agency. There is quite obviously substancially more work in a tightly controlled Dating Agency in which each woman is personally interviewed before being accepted and this will be reflected in the membership fees. Equally if you need to find your soulmate at no cost a Russian woman is not for you, as the very cost of visiting her and helping move country will not be cheap! No with a good Russian, or Ukraine based Agency at least you can be sure that it is the real thing. So you pay your money and you make your choice.

Whether the party is for a kid or for an adult one thing is certain, all birthdays are special! And planning a birthday party is harder than it sounds. It's more than just making a guest list and buying the birthday boy or girl a present. It's about making the day special as it should be, and memorable, and birthdays are the perfect time to show a person how much they mean. With all of those things in mind the next time you walk into a birthday party and see the lights, balloons, streamers or if you notice that the napkins match the plates, remember that someone spent a lot of time and money to get even the smallest detail right so that a loved one can have a great birthday celebration. Who knows, maybe one day you'll be the one having to throw a birthday bash! So here's everything you need to know about birthdays parties and decorating.

You know who your friends are and you know that family members will show up for the big day, so now you have an idea of how many people will be at this shindig. You call a caterer or visit the grocery store and get the things that you would like (and other too) to serve at the party. So within, give or take, two days you have gotten the easy parts done. Now it's time to delve into the real trouble-maker behind any birthday party; decorating.

Now you may not think decorating is much of a big deal, after all they are just a bunch of streamers and balloons right? Wrong, every individual ornament or piece of decoration used usually contributes to the overall theme of a birthday party. And yes birthday parties, even ones for adults, have themes. And the theme you choose for the birthday party will help you determine what kind of decorations you will need, what style of decorations will compliment the area in which you are having the party and the color or combination of colors that the decorations should be.

At this point you should think about getting the most anticipated item of any birthday party and possibly the only decoration that a party cannot survive without, and that is the birthday cake. The cake can be as elaborate as you can afford or as modest, but what is most important is that the cake not only matches the other decorations and general theme of the party, but the cake should also reflect something of the birthday boy or girl.

Once a theme is chosen and you know the decorations you want to use, the next task is putting the decorations up in the most appropriate and flattering place. This may take a while and several opinions before the right spot is found for a particular set of decorations. But the work and decorating are not over just yet, because whatever food or candy you are offering your guests has to be conveniently available, as well as plates, cups and napkins. Remember, when serving anything edible always be sure to use clean dishes, and use dishes and serving trays that will make the food or snacks on them seem delectable.

Other negligible factors will depend solely on the age of the birthday person and the likes/dislikes of the same are dress code, alcohol, music (DJ or home stereo) and of course, the time the party is scheduled to start and its subsequent end. Above all, the ultimate goal is to ensure that the birthday person is having a great time and your guests are treated well. So birthday parties, though they often run smoothly and easily, are much more complicated than you might think, and the only reason birthday parties seem so easy to pull off on the surface is because someone is doing a lot of work below deck.
