On Sunday, March 29th, the 4th Télém'Arc Gathering is held at the Resort Club Arc 1950. If you are interested to learn more about this ancient yet renewed sport, you will certainly enjoy this event. On that day, you may encounter processions of and demonstrations by telemark experts in traditional dress anywhere in the skiable area of Les Arcs and on the site of Arc 1950. Many events are also organised in the village: strolls, tasting, demonstrations and traditions will make this weekend a time of conviviality in a spirit of good humour.

The first weekend of April, the National Mountain Riders Association offers two days of events to bring together everyone wanting to preserve nature, local actors as well as the general public. Exhibitions, lectures, themed games, snowboard and ski contests open to all and concerts are offered to everybody sensitive to the mountain environment and sustainable development, on the occasion of the 4th 'Mountain Riders Respect Festival'.

On Wednesdays, April 1st, 8th and 15th you can participate to the activity Discover the Vanoise Express - Plan-Peisey. From 10.30 to 12.00, ride the Vanoise Express between La Plagne and Les Arcs: that is 1800m long at 45km/h, and with two cable cars for 200 passengers each there is space for everyone. Every Thursday, when the weather conditions permit it, the activity First Tracks in held at the top of the Grizzly lift out of Peisey-Vallandry. There, you can give yourself an early morning boost with breakfast in the piste patrols' hut before cutting the first tracks ahead of the big rush.

Les Arcs has so much skiing options close by that skiers can take a whole day visiting all the ski areas: Arc 1600, Arc 1800, Arc 1950, and Arc 2000. There is almost always snow on all of those areas, and the highest skiable peak in Les Arcs is Aiguille Rouge. There are plenty of lifts to get you to each and every one of these heights to boot. You can even take to the wilderness and disappear alone for a whole day if that fits your fancy. Les Arcs ski resort has something for every level of skier, from family of five to a group of two.

At the end or your day, why not go out in one of the many bars and clubs in Les Arcs, to enjoy the real French après ski experience. Try beer tasting in a pub, crazy dancing in a discotheque, or listen to live music in a bar, you will always find yourself in good company to share a drink.
