People are interesting creatures. We all need to feel connected and appreciated and loved. It is crazy how are intelligence breads off of each other like how wolves use the force of the pack to supply meat to each of the members. It is the same, we as humans just use our brains and appendages to feed ourselves and I mean that in more ways than one. Let's look into how helping others can bring you back more ?food? then you can eat in a lifetime.
We all need to survive our daily lives. The phone bill, gas bill, car insurance, food, retail debt, credit card debt you name it there are countless expenses we have to pay just to live in a civilized society. So we all need to have this thing called money floating around to stay in the pack. We each have to contribute or we will be outcasts begging from the outside. But do we have to be selfish and greedy to stay in the pack? I don't think so. I think that the less selfish and greedy we are the more ?food? we will have. Here is my example from my own life and business. In order for me to stay in the pack I have to show others how to do so. I have to show them how to eat how to get along with the other pack members and how to enjoy living and eating with the rest of the unit; without being cast out and begging for scraps. This is what I do for a living. I help people. I find people who are hungry, people who want to eat the richest, finest food and be able to give back to there young with ease and no worry. I find people who are looking for a different pack position to move up into the higher ranks and run wit the leaders. I get in front of these wild beasts and train them to be the pack leaders and take charge of there life.
I am in the business of helping people. I help people get what they want out of life. I show them a better and more interesting way to make money; a more fulfilling purpose to there financial future. I show people that helping others is the real and only way to happiness and success. Jesus, Buddha, Gandhi, all the great leaders of the past helped people live better lives. So how can you take this principle of helping people live better and more fulfilling lives and make it work for you? SEE HERE FOR A GUIDE. This new way of life will add years to your happiness and happiness to your years. It also gives you allot of ways to eat the finest of the catch. And to see the others you help along the way is priceless. I am talking about Network Marketing a way to build a business that only is successful if you help others to success at the same time. This way of business has brought me more satisfaction than I ever thought possible. It has brought me more friends and brought close family members, but it only works if you help other people. So I suggest you find a way to help somebody out today in order to eat today as well.
For many years businesses have realized the benefits of outsourcing by contracting temporary administrative support personnel. In the last 10 years however, the expansion of the Internet and modern technology has enabled home-based business support services to evolve and provide seamless, cost-effective business solutions - without compromise to timing, accessibility or quality. Work assignments are easily communicated by email, telephone, instant messaging or fax. Your Virtual Assistant (VA) doesn't have to be in your office, your city, or even your country!
What a VA does for Your Business
VA's are flexible, working on an as-needed basis, often beyond traditional business days and hours if required. Virtual Assistants typically offer administrative support but some VAs offer marketing and technical support services as well. Services include e-mail management; online article promotion; data entry; Internet research; project management; lead generation; website design; desktop publishing ,online newsletter (ezine) services and shopping cart management.
The VA's primary clients are small business owners and entrepreneurs who realize that they can't "do it all" and need an alternate solution to hiring employees. A Virtual Assistant gives them the freedom and confidence to achieve their business goals by taking care of the day-to-day details, follow-up and maintenance of their business. Large corporations have realized the benefits of Virtual Assistance as well. They call on VAs to work on special projects, handle overflow and for on-going assignments. A VA increases employee productivity and ensures the business maintains its quality reputation.
VA's are Independent Contractors, charging only for productive time - actual time worked. Clients avoid the hassles and costs of hiring employees and can reduce their overhead expenses by 50% (on average) when they hire a VA instead on an employee. Clients don't pay for benefits; payroll taxes; recruiting costs, downtime, personal time etc. nor does the client have to provide a physical workspace, equipment or software.
Virtual Assistants typically have two service options to suit the diverse needs of clients: an hourly rate (Pay-as-U-Go) as well as monthly retainer plans with discounted retainer rates for clients who commit to a 3-month contract.
Some companies hire temporary staff through Temp Agencies. However, there are many downsides to this option. Recruiting and training costs can be high, with no flexibility on the minimum level of service to be contracted. It can also be difficult to ensure continuity of service, as you won't always get the same temp.
Chances are, temps aren't a viable option for the home-based business owner. Most temporary agencies don't offer services to home offices because those offices tend to lack space, equipment and facilities for on-site staff.
There's an extra benefit businesses get using a Virtual Assistant rather than hiring employees or temporary personnel. VA's are business owners who are highly qualified and experienced. Because they are entrepreneurs, they understand the needs of today's business and go the extra mile in their work. Moreover, Virtual Assistants have a vested interest in their clients? success. If VAs aren't satisfying their clients, they'll soon be out of business!
The Client/VA Relationship
Working with a VA can be a rewarding experience for the client. To get the most benefit from a partnership with a VA, here are some tips:
* Be concise and direct, especially when communicating by email * Be open to new ideas from your VA * Communicate any concerns you may have to foster a sense of trust * Be patient during the learning phase * Establish ground rules from day one * Keep in touch often
Because of modern technology, there isn't much that a VA can't do if the client is willing to work to make it happen. Because of this flexibility, VA's will continue to remain the leaders in skills and overall ability to meet the changing needs of today's business.
