The Last verse is that number 20
It says:

Genesis 33: 20 (King James Version)

20)" And he erected there an altar, and called it EleloheIsrael "

The verse is talking about Jacob erected an altar and called it El-elohe-Israel.
EleloheIsrael = the Lord is the god of Israel
El = the Lord and elohe = a Hebrew word borrowed from the Arabic word "elah" which means god (the same way like Shalom in Hebrew and Salam in Arabic which means Peace).
