He is forgiving; He forgives whoever repents from amongst the believing men and the believing woman and He is Merciful to them.

EleloheIsrael = the Lord is the god of Israel
El = the Lord and elohe = a Hebrew word borrowed from the Arabic word "elah" which means god (the same way like Shalom in Hebrew and Salam in Arabic which means Peace).

73) "So Allah will punish the hypocritical men and the hypocritical women and the unbelieving men and the unbelieving women. And Allah will turn in mercy to the believing men and the believing woman, for Allah is oft-forgiving, most merciful."
