America's Next Top Model made a turn for the worse as they sent home the sweet Sarah Hartshorne, a favorite among viewers across the country. Her elimination was due to her in-between figure, and this was disliked by a lot of fans. Ambreal was a common expectation as for who would get the boot, but she had emerged steadfast, and remained in the competition.
Looking back on Ebony Morgan's departure from the show, Tyra was indeed mad that she was being a quitter, and quickly implied that Tyra didn't like surprises and quitting. During that moment, Tyra lost control of her show and the things happening on it. Much like how reality television should really be.
So anyway, Ambreal has a big chance for staying for a couple of more episodes, as Tyra needs to regain composure and take the reigns again. This means giving Ambreal a second chance to improve and gather some comments from the judges. Then it would be a show about how second chances really give individuals the opportunity to shine, and not about how Tyra was stuck with a wannabe model she obviously is trying to reject.
In this episode, Chantal and/or Bianca may be in the bottom two, as Chantal is bordering on negative. On a positive note, Bianca is being portrayed as a little more friendly lately, in contrast to last episode's comments of her being the house villainess. Jenah may also land a bottom spot in America 's Next Top Model if ever the judges' messages did not hit home last episode.
So who's in it for a guessing game? Post a comment and let us know your thoughts in America 's Next Top Model. Who will go home in the next episode? Who will snatch the top spot? And most of all, who do you think will survive to the finish line? Comment up!
Tonight on America 's Next Top Model, the girls took a hand in creating their own outfits for the next photo shoot, which was to be set in the middle of a desert. However, at the fashion show, some were too shy to speak in front of a group of fashion design students. However, the photo shoot did pull through, despite having one girl off the competitors list to be named as America 's Next Top Model.
The girls' next challenge required them to collaborate with fashion design students from the Fashion Institute of Design and Marketing. Benny Ninja instructed them to take a plain blue dress and revamp it, with the help of their student partners. Judges for the fashion exhibit were Neal Hamil, the director of Elite Model Management and Ann Shoket, editor-in-chief of Seventeen magazine.
Ninja added that they had to do a little introductory speech on their clothing item, talking about their look and what inspired it. Heather and Lisa got cold feet, and thus the judges eventually chose Saleisha as the winner who will participate in a photo shoot as her prize. Bianca and Lisa tagged along for the trip.
Meanwhile, at the house, Heather broke down after a frustrating day, engaging into a conflict with Lisa and Saleisha. Later, the three ladies talked about it.
The aspiring models then did their photo shoot in a desert, where they were to portray stranded people standing next to a burning car. Heather did not perform well, as she was distracted and unfocused, while Ambreal and Lisa also had a hard time not looking too "posey," as Jay commented. Bianca and Jenah were brilliant, as Bianca became competitive.
Eventually, Lisa and Ambreal landed on the bottom two, and Tyra decided to send home Ambreal, who wasn't surprised at the decision. She packed her things and walked away proud of her stint on America 's Next Top Model.
