Over the past few months I've had several people ask me how to make money online and over and over I keep asking them the same question. What do YOU like to do? What are you interested in? What are your hobbies? Is there anything that you have any special knowledge of like knitting, flower gardening, sports, auto mechanics or any other topic that you could share with others?

You see, the internet is the "information super highway" and people come online trying to get information. Unfortunately, the internet is nowhere near being the best resource for information yet, however, you can still find a lot of good information online about certain topics.

Think of it like this. A guy is out front working on his car and he gets to a point that he can't figure out. For whatever reason he's stuck and can't get the thing to start up. Frantically he starts calling dealers and shops who won't or can't help him without bringing the car in so he goes online and finds a mechanics book on his model of car, pays for it, reads the section that he needs to know and gets his car fixed.

Alright, alright, this may not have been the best example, but do you see where I'm going here? Someone that had knowledge that this guy didn't was able to provide him the knowledge that he needed, exactly when he needed it and get paid for doing so. This guy was in emotional "pain" and probably would pay quite a bit to get his car running, considering the alternative of having it towedto the shop, mechanics hourly fees, etc.

If you have specialized information on just about any topic, practical or not, you may be sitting on a goldmine and not even know it. It's just a matter of doing the proper market research to find out if people are already looking for what you have to offer, and buying what you have to offer. So if you've been wondering how to make money online, there's one way to do it. Information products, if done properly could potentially make you a lot of money.
