Many parents complain that their kids do not eat well and that they are gorging only on junk foods and chocolates and ice-creams. This does cause a lot of worry because such erratic food habits mean that the children will not grow with proper nourishment. They will not even know that the vegetable they hate is in it. If you choose, you may not tell them at all.
