Have you ever seen an overweight child before? It is because they eat too much, and they think that they have to eat all the time. They get into the refrigerator all day and even at night while everyone is asleep. This is because the child feels hungry all the time, and no one will stop them from eating so much because they don't want to make their child upset. That is not good for them because they need to stop eating so much food. They like to eat fatty foods, such as fried chicken and any thing that is fried. They also love fast food like cheeseburgers, tacos, fries, hot dogs, ice cream, and many other fattening and unhealthy foods.

These kids can get over 100 pounds by the time they are a few years old and that is not good. It can harm their health and can make it hard to do lots of things that little kids their age do. It will make it hard to move or get up. This is what some people call over flooded weight, and it is happening all over the world. Parents need to wake up and stop this even if the kid fights you or gets mad. They will understand later, and they will thank you for doing it for them.

When kids eat too much, they get fatter and they will have trouble breathing when doing simple things, such as running, walking, or jumping. You will notice that they will breathe heavily, and they will get sick, throw up, or maybe even pass out and hit the floor. When your kids are like this, other kids can make fun of them, and it will hurt their feelings, causing them to eat even more. You need to get them to exercise so they will lose weight and so they can get healthy. You need to make them run or jog a little bit at a time so they can increase their stamina to jog longer. Have them do sit ups and push ups so they can work their muscles and make them sweat the fat out of their body. You can change their diet by giving them more vegetables and cutting the fried foods out of their diet. Have them drink lots of water and avoid giving them soda or other drinks with a lot of sugar.

If you have a child that is over weight and you take them to the doctor, they might tell you to feed this person or child up to five times a day with small portions as this will help them lose the weight fast.
