[A750]At Home Job Search
by Michael Comeau, Mic
With the state of our economy currently many people are looking for ways to create additional income to help pay their bills. Some have lost their jobs already while others live in fear of losing the job they have. We hear stories of unemployment rates reaching 10% shortly and even more stories of 10 times the number of people showing up for available jobs when advertised. It's pretty scary when you think about it. It use to be people were turning to the Internet to earn cash to supplement their income thereby improving their lifestyles now people are looking for cash to pay the bills this month.

The good news is that whenever we go through troubling times it simply means that we have to dig down deeper, work harder so that we can come out in better shape in the end. We can and will get through this if we simply return to the simple but clear values our parents taught us. It simply means we need to reduce debt and get back to the old days of waiting until we have the cash to pay for something rather than put it on credit a credit card or take out a loan.

There are many ways of creating income for those who choose to do so. You can look in your local areas for different job openings; find work on the Internet or a combination of both. Whichever ways you choose it will take hard work and determination, but in the end it should help you see the light at the end of the tunnel. Being able to see this light at the end of the tunnel has always made me feel, in troubling times that I could get through any catastrophe that I have faced before.

You may need to step out side of your comfort zone whether it's a different type of job in your local area or a new type of work at home program on the Internet. The Internet jobs in particular will work, in my opinion, but you need to follow the step-by-step instructions carefully to be successful. It's important that you research any program on the Internet carefully, because there are many scam artists lurking on the web to relieve you of both your time and your money.

You can find both FREE and paid programs that will help teach you creative ways to make money online. The paid programs charge a minimal fee, typically less than $40 for their services. If I were looking to earn cash fast I would choose 2-3 paid programs and a few FREE programs as well. Why? Well the paid programs are like self-help books that I have purchased at Lowes teaching me how to save time and money doing projects around the house. They teach you an organized approach to being successful on the Internet and avoid common costly mistakes that most people make. Can you do it with the FREE programs? Yes, but it takes longer because if you are like I was when I started a few years ago I had no idea where to start when looking for a work at home job much less which ones to avoid. I did not even know the right questions to ask. It was a new arena so I'm glad that I did exactly what I mentioned above. I simply joined more paid programs and more FREE programs, but I wanted, no I needed, to earn cash quick and lots of it.

You may be wondering what types of work at home program or home based businesses are available online. Here are a few work at home programs:

1. Rebate Processing
2. E-mail Processing
3. Order Processing
4. Paid Surveys
5. Data Entry
6. Telephone Answering Jobs
7. Chat Room Operators
8. Type at Home
9. Medical Transcription
10. Mystery Shoppers

These are just a few of the many types of work at home programs. You can also find many types of Home Based Businesses and Web Based Business Opportunities. Please feel free to read both this article and one of my many others by visiting my link in the resource box below. I always enjoy getting emails pertaining to my articles or my site. Your feedback is important to me.

Best of luck to you on becoming debt free!

Well, if you're a grad, or you're entering the job market for the first time in a long time, you better know what to do in today's sophisticated job marketplace. And you better understand the needs and expectations of today's savvy employers.

That means you need a sophisticated plan. Because the alternative is a crap shoot!

Now, just to set the record straight, when I say a plan, I do NOT mean what most people think you have to do to find a job . . . write an award-winning resume, mass distribute it to some job sites, mail and email it to a bunch of companies, maybe some agencies and recruiters. And, of course, answer plenty of job opening ads.

In fact, that old-fashioned approach I've just described is what I mean by a ?crap shoot!? Why? Because you're leaving everything to chance. You have no control over the results. And you're condemning yourself to weeks and possibly months with few or no results. And you won't even know why!

We've all been brainwashed into thinking that the resume is the focus of a job search plan. The better the resume the better the results. The wider the distribution the more interviews. Nothing could be further from the truth. Particularly these days.

You need a job search plan . . . one that makes person-to-person contact with a decision-maker (who could be your next boss) a priority. No one is going to hire you on the basis of your resume. Employers these days could really care less what you used to do for someone else. They want to hear how you are going to make a difference to their organization. How you're going to fit into their team.

So, an intelligent job search plan comes out of a different starting point. If the secret to job search success is showing a hiring decision-maker how you can be part of the team, then all of your efforts must be focused on how to accomplish that. Your resume simply doesn't get it!

What you need, instead, is a plan of action that proceeds, step-by-step, to get you face-to-face with the person who could be your next boss. And then, once you're there, shows you how to grab his/her attention by representing yourself as a solution to issues you've uncovered about the organization and the interests of the decision-maker.

Is this easy to do? No. But if you have a job search plan, you'll spend a lot less time with infinitely more rewards than following the old-fashioned methods.

Now, the good news is that there is such a plan. It's an exciting alternative job search system. It's a non-traditional career advancement approach. And it's something you can start today. In fact, with this amazing job search plan you could be meeting face-to-face with a prospective employer in a matter of days. And you could lock up a high-paying job in as little as two weeks!
