... be taught how to use a pistol, the secret agent's weapon of choice and then test your skills with quick-draw techniques in a VIP protection scenario.

... fire machine guns on our Close Quarter Battle area, apply precision shooting through the powerful telescopic sight of our sniper rifles, try your skill at axe throwing and test your nerve and concentration with our bomb de-activation challenge.

... receive some expert instruction on un-armed combat techniques, useful when you're cornered by enemy agents!

... evasive driving instruction and you will be shown how to control and manoeuvre the car James Bond style, and we expect you to wear out the tyres! You're behind the wheel and carrying out J turns, handbrake turns and anti-ambush drills.

... drive-in shooting range - complete with friends, colleagues and fellow agents as you skid to a halt, shoot the targets 'movie shoot-out' style from the car and then speed off again against the clock. You can also take part in a competition to find the driver of the day against your fellow stags or hens.

Another great idea is the Treasure Hunt. This can be based in your home town or a location abroad (if you choose the right provider). You could elect to have one on foot or by car, with clues to challenge everyone and tasks to perform.

Quads, other motorised activities and paintballing are great fun but for a real adrenaline trip, you can head out to a cliff somewhere and either climb up it or abseil down it (or both).
