Strong Man's Iced Tea 1 cup iced blooming tea 2 ounces vodka Simple sugar Ice In a large glass cup, mix vodka and iced tea over ice with a little simple syrup. Leave bloom in bottom of cup for your enjoyment.

Red Blooming Tea 4 cups iced blooming tea Juice of 2 lemons 1/4 cup grenadine Ice Combine all ingredients in a large glass pitcher with ice. Leave bloom in bottom of the pitcher for your enjoyment.

Sage Blooming Tea 1 tea bloom 4 cups water 1 bunch fresh sage leaves 4 tbsp. simple syrup Bring water to boil. Add about half the water to bloom and the other half to the sage leaves. Bloom tea as usual. After two minutes, strain the sage leaves from the water. Combine sage water and tea with simple syrup. Serve immediately.
