The amount of time that is required to motivate, to lead, to be creative in helping guide your employees in the right direction, to build a system that will allow everyone to work, and somehow at the same time keeping them on task to achieve these goals.
There becomes not enough time and it seems as though you wish there could be more than four of you to cover all of these things you want to do. Then there is not enough time in the day and you wake up one morning and you wonder where your time went.
Where were those trips you were going to take, where was the millions you were going to make, where was the charities that you were going to put more of your time to?
What happened to my children? They have all grown up and now they are going to go through the same thing you are going through. It is an endless cycle of a rat race that seems to never end for society.
We are lost in this darkness that we don't know where to go from there. It suffocates us and causes depression, anxiety, and anger. We take it out on others, when all they want to do is help you out.
We are seeking for that light and guidance. We want it and need it. There has to be a way out of this and many will do anything for it, but they don't know where to look. There are imitators out there that will take us by the hand and lead us off the cliff into misery and pain.
They are always out there, in any profession. We need to make sure that we make the right decision in choosing the right home-based business.
We need to do our due diligence to make the correct choice, but at the same time do not allow our fear to get in the way. We fear what we don't know. That is why when we search for the correct corporation to follow, we need to take our time to search, but at the same time act on the facts and figures in front of you.
Don't let your weaknesses get in the way, because that is the same reason why you are searching. You want to eliminate your weakness, not build on it.
Because it comes back to the point that I mentioned before, you don't want to stand still and let life pass you by. You can't do that because you don't want to lie on your dying bed wondering where it has all gone. Start now. Make a difference in your life. You deserve it because it is your life and your only chance you get to truly make a difference.
So what are some of the advantages to having a home based business? First of all, you can make your own hours. Your schedule is as flexible as you are. Second of all, if you need to see the dentist, make an appointment whenever you like. No more waiting around for that first appointment of the day or trying to find an office open after five.
If your kids have a soccer game? Not a problem. You can work around it. And then of course you have that cable repairman that says he'll show up sometime between 11 am and 4 pm. No problem. You can tell him, "That's fine." and really mean it because you're home all day anyways.
Working from home means that you can now sleep longer because you no longer have that commute to the office. As a result you will feel more rested during the day. And you will be saving a lot of money by working from home. There's no need to buy that new suit and impressive pair of shoes. Your cat doesn't care how professional you look.
You can save a money by eating last night's leftovers for lunch and buying snacks in bulk at the grocery store instead of making trips to gas stations and fast food restaurants. You will have more money for vacations. You might even save enough to buy your own cappuccino maker and say goodbye to your local $5-a-cup coffee shop.
Remember the last time you took your car in servicing and your mechanic told you to start car shopping, right. Just think how long your vehicle will last without those daily trips to and from work. Save gas money, get your oil changed twice a year, never replace your tires again! All great reasons to have a home based business.
The government also gives home businesses fringe benefits in the form of tax breaks. And getting that computer you've been wanting for months is actually good for business, it can mean better tax breaks at the end of the year. Get tax refunds for your telephone bill, rent and other overhead expenses. And believe it or not, it's completely legal.
The advantages of having a home based business are nearly countless. If a traditional office environment is leaving you stagnant, a home business may be just what the doctor ordered.
