Some may find working for a boss to be much easier than taking on the day to day decision-making process themselves. Instead of working to make someone else rich, dealing with office politics, unreasonable demands, hours & deadlines, travel time & costs, extended hours apart from your loved-ones, battling prevailing weather conditions and so on, you can be your own boss and work your own hours.
