So I scout for something simple, something that an idiot can follow. No complicated stuffs, no starving. Then I come across this fabulous program called the Fat Loss 4 Idiots. On first sight, hey I am not an idiot. On second thoughts, I want something for an 'idiot', something down-to-earth that works.

Three key points caught my attention. As a medical practitioner who loves to eat (I am from the homosapien family and behaves as one) and if you tell me: You cannot eat this and that, I think life will be miserable.

Attraction 1: Menu Generator
You input into a software program the food that you love to eat and the system will take care of your daily meals for 11 days as to what to eat. So you need not worry about how much calories you should put into your body. It will shift the calories so that the body system will burn the fats for you.

Attraction 2: Calorie Shifting
We like to eat the same food types daily thinking it's low carb, low fat etc. Wrong! The systems uses a rotatation of eating pattern habits to maintain a high metabolism rate to achieve a fast fat burning proves. The above menu generator does the job for you. Now that is scientific. And I am a firm subscriber of science.

Attraction 3: You Eat 4 Meals A Day
Now this is what I like most. Unlike most diet programs that tell you that you should abstain from high fat and high carbo foods, you can eat 4 meals a day and you are losing those unwanted fats. Is this not for idiots? Sure an idiot can do that because it is that plain simple. The only commandment you need to follow is you must stick to the 11-day menu. Take a break for the next 3 days, you eat what you want and get on to a new 11-day menu cycle until you achieve your target fat loss. That is easy.

What is all the waiting about?

Is there some magical time or do the stars and planets have to be aligned correctly? What will happen different in the next day, week, month or year?

Busy moms-guess what? There is never a "just the right time". You will always be busy with the kids, the house, the husband, the family and on and on. The right time is "right now". So you have to make a decision to do it now and quit putting it off.

Do you want to:
- Have confidence in yourself again
- Have the energy to keep up with the kids and all of the other stuff
- Do away with the sugar and junk cravings
- Get back into those sexy, tight jeans again
- Get rid of the stress
- Be noticed by your friends "girl you are looking good"
- Have better health so that you will feel like taking care of the kids and family

Now can you smile and honestly say "no the timing is not right I really do not want all those things"?

So if you do not want to feel and look great now then when? If you wait for the "right time" what will prevent you from making the same decision to wait? Again and again...Then another month or year of wishing and wanting and still not doing it will have gone by. So what do you gain by waiting and not doing it "right now"?

It is a shame that right after the holidays, after the first of the year or at the start of bikini season the well wishing moms come out of the "wishing" lifestyle to start a fat loss program, only to fall right back into the same old lifestyle in just a few weeks or months. Back to the timing is not right again...

It is apparent that this approach does not work. Taking the unsupportive, easy, familiar road just waste your time, money and energy only to be back at the same place day after day. It is aggravating and just drains you to no avail.

You probably have felt that before you start a fat loss program you should have everything in place. The time to exercise, the right foods in the cabinets, the baby sitting service, etc.

You need to get started "right now" and not worry about everything being perfect.You have to make a decision to "Make time to exercise". You know this is true but you have to convince yourself that it is the right time and you are going to do it NOW! No matter what chaos is going on it is your time.

You need to visualize that the house is a mess, the dishes are piled up and all the clothes need to be washed and "you are exercising away no matter what". Then once you are finished with your exercise you will tackle all of the stuff that needs to be done.

Once you realize that you need to take your well-being into consideration first then it will be easier to stay with the program and trust me it will all get done. Once you start to look way too good, you might even get more help from the family (husband especially) to keep you looking good.

If you are not taking care of yourself what does this tell your children and the ones that you love? Remember life is all about duplication!

So moms-it is time to take action! Make your health and fitness a priority. Give yourself the ability to look in the mirror with confidence and feel good about yourself. Show others (especially the ones that you love) that you do care and that you have made a decision to do something about your health and the way that you look. The time is right now!
