The best way to lose weight this year. This is a question that many of us struggle to find the answer to. The first thing I would tell you is to terminate the word "diet" out of your life forever! The word "diet" clearly focuses on quick fixes that solve a temporary problem, at best. If you really want to lose weight and better yet lose FAT you need to have a different state of mind in regards to your body. This does not include canceling carbs from your life forever or taking pills that kill your appetite. When I was in college I played soccer and never had a weight issue. I knew I could basically eat anything I wanted because I {{{would|was going to} spend all morning and afternoon running it off in practice. Well naturally I carried those same eating patterns into my adulthood and much to my surprise (hehe) that didn't exactly work out. Fast forward 12 years and I'm married, mother of 2 and 54lbs heavier!
I tried various weight loss pills but on many occasions I would forget to take them or they would make me very jittery. I knew however, that losing weight like most things in life are like drawing up a play on the football or soccer field. You call a play and it just won't be a touchdown or a goal every single play. There's going to be some trial and error and lots of practice. I began researching the fastest way to lose weight and I turned it into a hobby. I would do a lot of homework and look at a lot of studies. I first learned that there are no magic pills and if there were it would basically be just water weight that 9 times out of 10 would come back and you might even be heavier! The first thing you must do is have a complete overhaul in the way you think of your diet and also you must always have a risk vs. reward way of thinking and talking to yourself internally. First, you can't see food as a luxury your "supposed" to indulge in. You should see food as a means to having a well functioning body. Eating until your full should never be a goal. You must eat until your no longer hungry. The best way to think about this is most of us don't feel great after leaving a buffet, we're bloated, tired, we want to sleep and I know I feel miserable. Your goal should be where your not consciously thinking about your stomach either way, your not starving yourself and your not feeling like you just tried to eat an elephant (literally). The best analogy is if you tried to put a couple of gallons of oil in your vehicle you would ruin your engine. A regular car requires a few quarts of oil and performs perfectly on that, nothing more and nothing less. (There goes all of my car knowledge out the window). So where am I now, in terms of my weight you ask, well as of this moment I've lost 49lbs and thats 49lbs of pure FAT, not water weight or anything else. How did I get there? One of my business associates reffered to a system called the Fat Burning Furnace system. This is a guy I saw every 4 to 6 months and I noticed how much more athletic he looked at the age of 49 and he told me about this program that has changed my life forever. The Fat Burning Furnace is a system that is very comprehensive and they make it so easy for you by providing a step by step formula that anyone can follow. There are real life fat-burning strategies that I have utilized that have afforded me amazing results. Now you must keep in mind that for the most part "Systems" don't fail, people tend to. They give up way too quick, a lot of us get excited about losing weight so we go out and get a treadmill and 3 weeks later its a clothers rack. Well that treadmill never stopped working just like this system won't, its up to YOU YOU YOU! If your serious about getting rid of that unwanted fat You can go to my bio box for more info on how to shed that fat. If however, your not I wouldn't reccommend buying it if it would just sit on your counter for the next 6 months. I'm living proof it does work and it most definitely will work for you if you allow it.
There are diets that claim to be the best way to weight loss. There are others that claim to offer the fastest way to lose weight. And other that promise you everything under the sun. Many diet programs have something going for them and many have a lot. But as a nation of addicted dieters, we often overlook the basics.
Before embarking on any diet plan it's important to know why your body needs certain foods and what it does with them. Understanding this will help you in choosing the fat loss plan that is best for you.
1. Eat often at regular intervals. What's that, you say? Eat frequently, every 3 hours, when I am dieting? Yes, funny as it sounds, it an essential of fat loss. When your stomach is empty, your blood sugar drops and this causes strong hunger pangs and a feeling of lassitude. Eating small sensible meals 5 or 6 times a day prevents this and also provides your body with regular inputs of energy.
An empty stomach cause the hormone levels in the body to fluctuate and affect your mood and perhaps your desire to lose belly fat. Motivation has a major impact on your diet's success and unstable hormone elvels affect this. Eating small meals allows your body to digest your food more easily and efficiently. Fat loss is not just about controlling your food intake but also about how and when you consume it.
2. Eat lean proteins. Your body cannot store proteins the same way that it stores carbs and fat, but needs regular quantities of it to create and repair cells. So include some lean proteins in all of your meals.
3. Eat fats. That's right. Fats, in limited quantities can help you lose weight. Fats slow down the digestion of carbs and keep the insulin levels in the body low. Low insulin means your body starts burning the stored fats for energy. Limited quantities of omega 3 and 6 fats reduce hunger pangs and provide essential nutrients for your body.
4. Eat high fiber carbs. Besides the well known benefits to digestion, high fiber carbs are a bulking agent that creates a long lasting feeling of fullness.
5. Avoid refined carbohydrates. Refined carbs cause sudden and sharp increases in the body's insulin levels. High levels of insulin bog down the fat burning process. Excess refined carb intake, epically while on a diet, can, in extreme cases, lead to type II diabetes.
6. Drink lots of water. You need to drink 64 oz. of water every day. Adequate water consumption is an important part of not just fat loss, but for your overall health in general. Water helps to digest food, is a solvent of minerals and vitamins and carries them throughout the body to where they are needed, keeps the joints supple, helps control the body temperature and acts as a flushing agent to remove toxins and waste from the body. Besides all this, drinking water while you are eating makes you feel fuller with less food. Remember, water has no fats or calories.
7. Avoid fruit juices. Fruits are healthy and you need them to lose weight. But when you extract juice from the fruit, you are taking out water, sugar and a small quantity of vitamins. Water and vitamins are fine, but sugar and weight loss? We all know better than that. Sugar contains just empty calories which will just add on to your belly fat. The important part of any fruit is the fiber which is what you throw away after making the juice. And as for the vitamins....
8. Take a vitamin supplement. A good multivitamin supplement is always good since it will fill any gaps that your diet may have created.
What is given above may not gel with what rapid fat loss programs tell you. But these are things you need to know before you embark on any plan to lose weight.
