If you wish to make things successful, do not quit halfway through because if you do, you would only put everything into vain. What you worked hard for will go down into the gutter and you might just find it hard to really bring it all back. Those people who quit even before they were halfway through the regime likely are the ones who never got the right fitness even if how much they would like to finish the thing off.
To go or not to go into the gym everyday is not really the issue. If you have fitness equipments in your house, you would have to make use of them and give the best that you got. If you think that your equipments are not enough, add some jogging off some couple of blocks on your list and you are already on the right track. In this day and time, we need to find some things where we can have fitness exercise without spending too much money unless of course if we are wealthy to afford so. Otherwise, staying at home and managing a 15 minutes sit-up or squats or daily run would still give us best results.
