There are many key factors that play an important role in your success but in my opinion without this first important step you are at an extreme disadvantage.

You may be surprised that most people tend to overlook this.

In order for you to achieve your goal of being successful you must first know your own personal definition of what success means for you.

It could be something as simple as becoming a better parent or a better spouse. Do you want to become a better employee? Do you have a habit you want to break? Maybe you want financial freedom.

Whatever the case may be the most important thing is to look inside yourself and decide what is important to you personally.

It is important to take your time with this and really know your own heart for it will take some hard work and dedication to achieve the highest level possible.

It's more than likely there will be many obstacles along the way that will require dedication and determination to overcome them however the rewards that you will reap will be well worth the effort.

I already had a deep desire within my heart to help people.I knew this brought me the most enjoyment in life. For me,this was an inner calling that just came naturally but for many years I felt like I wasn't doing enough to feed this strong desire and truly make a difference.

This led to a very unfulfilling life. One of just merely existing and not making a difference in people lives which is what I know I am called to do.

To start you on the road to your own personal success you must first determine exactly what it is that defines success for you as an individual.

Here are some tips to help you get started on your journey.

What is your vision of the way you want your future to be? For some of you this may take some thought and there are others who will already know the answer to this question but never have taken any steps to make it happen.

If you were to set out in the morning to walk a few blocks to the corner store to get a cup of coffee, would you slap a blindfold around your eyes and proceed to walk out the door? You wouldn't get to far if you did.

I want you to think of a lack of vision as being your blindfold to achieving true success!

My philosophy in life is grounded in biblical principles. This is one of those areas. It is said that "Without A Vision My People Perish."

I am confident that upon taking this first step and realizing your vision, you will immediately start to sense a change from within and with each challenge you overcome and every victory you achieve it will create a snowball effect that will help you reach higher and higher.

Your height will require a certain chair style. If you stand at over six feet, you need a chair with a back that extends up to your shoulders.
