[H1295]How To Ip Change
by Virender Labroo, Vir

Not all Internet users make an IP change. Most big companies and firms certainly don't. But they have their reasons for not changing their location every now and then, and their reasons are primarily of a professional nature. For personal computer users, however, hiding our IP address is critical, and is viewed as a precautionary step to protect ourselves from Internet privacy invasion.

Companies and firms that also use the Internet for their businesses would rather not change their IP address. This is because their location is vital to their business growth and marketing efforts. It is important for firms that their customers and business partners be able to find them, and so changes in their identities and addresses may cause some misunderstandings. These companies are already well protected, however. They naturally have their own IT personnel that always keeps track of their Internet activities and protects the company from serious cyber attacks.
There are also companies that would rather not change their IP due to internal management control. These kinds of companies want to check on their employees and make sure they do not stray away from their work in their company. Chances are these companies have enabled limited access to other websites and users. So they are protected from outside cyber attacks as well.

For personal computer users, however, unless you have great technology in your midst, there may not be enough protection against malicious online users. You may already have set up your browser settings, deleted your history and set your browser on In Private browsing mode. This is still not enough. Hackers will still be able to get through once they find out your real IP and location. When this happens, it may be too late for you to make amends. Not even your firewalls and antivirus and anti-spyware programs may be able to protect you from what the hacker has in store for you.

Personal computer users are left with the option to use the strongest shields possible to protect themselves from malicious hackers. An IP change is one of the strongest methods of preventing cyber attacks to happen to you. Once you've hidden your IP away from the online community, they will not be able to target you and steal your information or throw a couple of viruses as a prank at you.

There is still no absolute protection against hackers and cyber crimes. The best we can do at this stage is to prevent from becoming victims ourselves. In hiding our real IP and changing our fake IP address randomly, we are able to stay out of danger for as long as the malicious hackers do not determine our real location.

To change our IP address, there are a lot of IP changer programs available online. Some are to be paid for and some are free, but whether or not there is a price we should also be careful about the programs we choose. If you would rather change your address on your own, there are forums and blogs that share specific directions on how to change your cyber location. Personal computer users will certainly not run out of resources to help them if they want to make an IP change.

An IP change is still necessary despite all the security settings that your Internet browser can offer. And at this point in time, the security of the Internet browsers is not really fit to protect your overall Internet privacy. The latest versions of the popular browsers have added more features for compatibility and add-ons and speed. There is not much improvement, however, in the features that promote protection for our privacy and personal information.

The popular Internet browsers today, with Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox leading the bunch, focuses more on the compatibility and speed features of the browsers. Enabling JavaScript environment in a fast loading pace seems to be one of the most important standard features of a good browser. All browsers are gunning for points in this regard. Firefox and Chrome seem to be doing well in this case, most specifically Google Chrome which is hailed as the fastest-loading browser among the popular ones.

Despite the marvel of its speed, however, Google Chrome loses out in terms of features and compatibility. Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera and Safari lead in points when it comes to user-friendly features and add-ons. There really is no lack of choice in the collection of Internet browsers available for us users. All we need to check with them is their speed, compatibility, and convenience features and we'll have our answer as to which browser to choose.

There is something missing, though. With the importance of Internet privacy rising among the Internet users, there is great demand in enabling privacy and security features in the browsers. So far, Firefox and Internet Explorer has enabled InPrivate browsing mode in its latest versions. Still, there is no guarantee as to the degree of protection that this feature can give us when we are browsing online.

IP change and anonymous browsing is still the top answer to the question of Internet privacy and protection. In hiding or changing our IP address, we can hide our real location when we browse online, fending off malicious attackers who are out to steal our identity and accounts. Internet browsers have no real protection against hackers who can spin off their own versions of viruses and spyware to control our computer system, and our browser and private information along with it. On the contrary, with the personal data, the browsing history, and the cookies we may have unknowingly stored within the browser, we are only at more danger than we are safe.

With anonymous browsing and changing our IP, our personal information and identity are more secured. Our IP address is what malicious users and hackers are really looking for in order to capture our data, so it is our IP we should watch out for. The Internet browsers we have can only contribute so much, but not enough, for our Internet privacy. We will still be making records of what we are doing online. To counter off the hackers, browsing anonymously and an IP change is still necessary despite our chosen Internet browser.
