Use the following tips to help you maximise your profits from doing paid surveys.
(1) Register with as many survey companies as possible. The number of survey invites that you receive depends on your demographics. If you only sign up for one or two survey companies the chances are that you will only qualify for a handful of surveys. If you sign up for as many survey companies as you are likely to get many more survey invites.
(2) Set up a separate email address. Creating a separate email address will help you to stay organized. Doing this will help you keep your survey emails separate from your regular emails. You can just login to your survey email address when you feel like working on surveys. Google Mail is the best free email account that I know of.
(3) Fill in your profile and complete as many screener questionnaires as possible. Many survey companies will ask you to complete a profile. This will help them to match surveys to you. The more information you put in your profile, the more likely you are to get survey applications. Occassionally survey companies will email you a screener questionnaire. This is a short survey designed to determine if you fit their criteria. If you ignore these screener questionnaires you will not be invited for the survey.
(4) Use a form filler application such as Roboform to help you fill in your profiles and remember passwords. When you fill in your profile at survey sites you will usually have to complete very similar questions. Using an application such as Roboform can help you to fill in your profile questions quicker and save you having to type the same information in again and again.
(5) Be honest. Many people are tempted to lie in order to qualify for a survey that they normally wouldn't. If you do this, there is a danger of getting caught and if you are honest you may well get as many or perhaps more survey applications than you would if you lied. Companies require people of all ages and occupations
Follow these steps and they will help you make money doing surveys in your spare time.
You're probably wondering: "Well ok, if say you so, but where should I go then?"
Well, there are several reviews and websites that dedicate a few lines (each in its own way) to provide information about the "taking surveys business" -as I like to call it-, but all of them are sites that are more focused on driving you to sign up for the higher number of taking surveys business websites as possible, rather than providing you with a real evaluation report to help you avoid a waste of time and sometimes even money.
So in most cases, all these so called "surveys review" sites simply show you a huge list of surveys along with the recommendation to sign up for as much as you can in order to allegedly "maximize" your earnings (which in turn translates in the highest waste of time -and frequently money- in exchange for pennies).
Of all the places I've visited to help me assess whether I should invest time on this taking surveys business or not, the only one that has provided me with a narrowed down, concise and helpful information is a place called Online Surveys Rating.
Like I said, in other sites you will only find an endless list of links to "taking surveys business" websites, with no real insight on what you should expect or what you'll really gain. So if you want to save time and money, and see results in the taking surveys business, don't sign up for any surveys business website until you have read the Online Survey Rating.
After going through their analysis of several taking surveys business websites, the one I liked most is the one they rank in first place because as they say, you receive good payouts (between $5 and $15 per survey) and you can also make $5 per referral, so it also works pretty much as a nice affiliate program with the advantage that you are "selling"something for free that has the potential to generate an income to your "buyer". That means a lot of people will want to "buy"(of course joining is free) and you can make good money out of your referrals. Also, the "work" in this website doesn't demand a lot of time on your part, and so far I've earned up to $600 in one month with my free membership, so it's a great source of good extra cash that is worth a try.
Have something in mind: the promise of huge amounts of cash is a false one. However, I would have to say there is some good money in surveys, but as everything in life, you just have to know where to go. I recommend you go to Online Surveys Rating and draw your own conclusions.
