Kamagra, an impotence drug that was available in blue color pills will now be available in the green color pills. The case was filed against the Ajanta Pharmaceuticals (manufacturer of Kamagra) by the Viagra manufacturer Pfizer in 2001 by filing a claim that Kamagra has copied the formulation of Viagra and is leading the customers to the wrong path by selling the inferior quality drugs. They also claimed that they have even named the drug very much similar to Viagra so that they can get the benefits from the marketing of Viagra. The case was fought for 8 years and the decision came into the favor of the Kamagra, it got the clean chit from the court. Only the color and shape of the Kamagra would be changed, but the name would surely be remaining same. Accordingly, Kamagra will now be available in green color instead of blue.

Also the ?gra? is peculiarly an Indian word with no base in English. So, it absolutely right to use the word Kamagra and is no way a copy of Viagra. The trail was really hard to get any particular solution so both the companies decided to sort out the problem outside of the court.

Finally, a result was in the favor of Kamagra that it would be allowed in India and no need to change the name. The only mandatory rule put by the court was that it had to change its shape and color so it no longer looks like the original product. So, as per the court decision Kamagra will now be available in some different shape and will be available in the green color after 2 months because still the stock and the raw material is available with the Ajanta Pharmaceuticals, once it gets over, Kamagra would then be available in green color. Also, remember that only color of the Kamagra will be changed and it will show you the same effect as it was showing previously. So, go for it without thinking about its color.
