[H1542]How To Relief Stress
by Beautyandmakeuptips, Bea
Natural stress relief comes in many forms and what must first be understood is that what works for one person may not necessarily work for another. Just as our stress differs, so does the ways in which we relieve it. But it is rare that one form or another of natural stress relief will not work for someone. The key is to make yourself a priority and take care of yourself ? even if it's just fifteen minutes a day. But for some, keeping that commitment can be a lot more difficult than it sounds.

Exercise has also been shown to be a significant form of natural stress relief. Sometimes, just simply turning off the day and focusing on yourself for an hour can make all the difference in the world. Not only does exercise benefit you physically but it benefits you emotionally as well; this comes from the release of worries while you also release adrenalin and endorphins ? natural hormones that reduce stress and ease the body.

A craft can be any hand made project that you take pleasure in doing - it could be painting, needle work, knitting, home decoration, wood work. Medical studies have shown that there are physical, psychological, and spiritual benefits from having an active interest in crafting.

Another major benefit is that it keeps your brain active - learning is important for keeping your brain "in shape". The size and structure of the neurons in your brain and the connections between them actually change as you learn.

Fear And Fun Are Both Highly Effective Motivators

There is no doubt that both fear and fun are potent stimulants to behavior over the short run. So the question becomes one of sustainability. Which of the two will best help us sustain our excellence over time? Which of the two is a powerful alternative medicine that you can learn to use for your greatest health, wellness, and fitness? (That's a trick question, by the way)

Back to back hurricanes Gustav and Ike roared through the gulf coast and numerous states to the north. This path of destruction was like no other and left millions without power and even water. Whether you are a victim of this or another disaster there are a few simple things you can do to help overcome stress. The following 5 ways to manage your stress are easy. Follow these steps for natural stress relief.

Take a walk out doors and spend time socializing

If you can get out in nature then make sure that you take a walk every day. 10 or 15 minutes outside soaking up a little sun (yes a little is good for you! It provides the much needed vitamin D), listening to the birds and letting go of your cares! The walking will help to relax your body and studies have shown that being in and around nature will rejuvenate your spirit.

Psychological stress also has symptoms that can have a physical impact on your body. This is why stress relief is important. Headaches are common for people under a lot of stress. People often feel muscle tension and stiffness, nausea, insomnia, chest pain and rapid heartbeats, hives, loss of sex drive, and frequent colds.

There are several ways in which you can get relief from stress. Here are some wonderful tips:

a)Exercise

In case, you are working for long hours, you can still take out some time to go for a walk at lunch time or after work hours. This will give you enough time for yourself and make you more focused to your current work. This will also allow you to clear your head, relax and spend enough time with nature. In short, a feeling of physical wellness has a good impact on mental well being.
