[A623]Application For Home Loan
by Jay Moncliff, Jay
Home Loan Tip #1 Pay Your Bills
It is very important that you always pay your bills on time and never miss a payment. When you have this type of history paying bills your mortgage lender will believe you will be just as responsible with your home loan. If you want to be approved for a home loan, be sure you are current on all your payments and have been making them regularly for some time before you apply for a home loan.

Home Loan Tip #2 Employment History
In general, when an individual has been employed in the same job for at least two years, or at least the same type of job for that amount of time, a home loan approval is more likely. So, if you have been in your same job for a year and a half and are considering quitting or changing jobs, but are also looking at buying a house, wait until your home loan is approved before you make any changes. Once you have your home loan, you can make any changes.

Home Loan Tip #3 Pay Debt Down
Your debt to income ratio is considered when you apply for a home loan. If you really want to be approved for a home loan then you need to make sure you pay off as many debts as possible in order to look favorable to the home loan lenders. A home loan is approved for individuals who have a low debt to income ratio.

Home Loan Tip #4 Savings
Before applying for a home loan, make sure you have saved at least 20% of the down payment and also have enough money to cover several months of your home loan payment. When you have enough money in savings to cover you if you experience financial difficulty one month or even two or three then the lender will be more likely to approve your home loan.

Asthma nebulizers are devices that are used to convert liquid medication into a vapor form so that people and small children who suffer from asthma may inhale the medication into their lungs. Asthma is a condition where the body reacts adversely to certain allergen. Most common allergens include pollen, dust mites, mold spores, tobacco smoke and animal dander. When certain people come in contact with the allergens their body produces excessive histamines which cause inflammation of the bronchial tubes, narrowing them causing great difficulty in breathing. The condition is worsened by mucus clogging which causes further respiratory distress. The asthma nebulizers come in handy to administer medication which helps by reducing inflammation and by relaxing the bronchial muscles. The mucus is also loosened allowing the patient to get immediate relief. People who cannot be administered treatment using a spacer and a reliever use asthma nebulizers.

The device comprises of an air compressor, a nebulizer cup, a mask or a mouth piece, a hose that connects the cup and the compressor and the medication.

You need to assemble all the parts and can do so by connecting the hose to the air compressor first. Measure the required quantity of medicine in the nebulizer cup and connect the hose and the mouth piece to it securely. You then attach the mouth piece to your child ensuring that the lips are sealed and switch on the power. The medication is converted into a vapor and when the child takes deep breaths the mist is inhaled directly into the lungs. The child has to be encouraged to take slow deep breaths every few minutes for the duration of the treatment which lasts between 10-30 minutes. In the event that the child has a coughing fit or appears restless, discontinue the treatment for a few minutes giving him time to rest.

The child will feel immensely better after receiving the medication using the asthma nebulizers. This is works faster than oral medications and while patients actually enjoy the treatment as they feel much better after it, some children may dread the experience. Make sure you stay with the child during the treatment and ensure that the right dosage is being administered.

There are a variety of nebulizers available, it is best to purchase one after due consultation with a physician. There are portable nebulizers, ultra sonic nebulizers and many others suiting a variety of budgets. As many portable models are available you can buy one of them to carry around while traveling. They can be used while you are traveling in the car too. Remember to get written instruction regarding the dosage and the frequency in which the treatment may be administered.

Make sure that the device and its parts are clean and dry before you store it. Make sure the cup is washed with a mild soap and dried. Store it in a plastic cover or container ensuring that it is free of dust. Replace parts that have become worn and if your child has a history of severe attacks it may be a good idea to have a one or two spare asthma nebulizers at home.
