Yes these food types definitely tickle your taste buds and give the taste of cloud nine but they surely will give you the guilt when those jeans won't fit you. Eating a lot of proteins will supply you with body building nutrients and carbohydrates that give you the energy. Just eat with minimal amount and have the right kind of diet. Sleep 8-10 hours per day and don't stress yourself too much. Drink a lot of water and eat a lot of greens for you to achieve you dream body.
