More scientific studies are proving that our blood and tissues do accumulate chemicals and other toxins. They can be chemical pesticides or from industrial and environmental pollution including cleaning products, plastics and more. Tests are proving that our bodies cannot remove these on its own. It is time to be proactive, take charge of your health and body cleanse.

Industrial chemicals and pollutants can affect us in many ways. The medical community is becoming increasingly aware that some of these mimic hormones and may even cause genetic alterations. Some are linked to Alzheimer's disease while others are linked to cancer. These are degenerative diseases that may take years to show up.

Added to all this is the fact that your body stores waste. In fact, when you overeat, or eat too many junk foods, your body becomes burdened or overwhelmed. This is because the body is designed to only digest a certain amount. More than this can cause your body to store the excess as fat and extra weight.

Chemical toxins are also harmful. Even though they are microscopic, we absorb or consume them every day while eating or even breathing. This can put excess burden on your liver causing it to not do it's job fully. This makes a difference if you are trying to lose weight since one function of the liver is to metabolize fat.

You can do something about this; you can wait for research to tell you all is okay, you can wait for the pharmaceutical companies to come up with a new drug, or you can be proactive and help your body with the body cleansing process.
