[H1332]How To Look Naturally Beautiful
by Dane Fletcher, Dan
Many gym goers have their ultimate ambition as bodybuilding. This is well and good but the point that is being driven across here does not wish to highlight the actual sport that involves the growth and development of the huge muscles associated with the likes of Schwarzenegger and Yates. The topic at hand is all about the new trend that is being referred to as natural bodybuilding. This involves the natural development of the body's muscle groups.

This aspect of bodybuilding does not involve the use of steroids nor does it involve the use of any drugs. The use of substances such as the light muscular enhancers readily available is also not allowed. What are being stressed are the ideals of bodybuilding through the consumption of food from a healthy diet and adherence to plain exercise.

The natural bodybuilding technique also requires a strategy much as the conventional bodybuilding activity does. It is common knowledge that every bodybuilder has a personal training pattern that is designed to match the personal requirements. Suffice to say, bodybuilding as an activity can be defined by the manner in which a person trains. When it comes to the aspects of natural bodybuilding there are three fundamental requirements or strategies that are maintained; good nutrition, effective training patterns and adequate resting time.

The resistance that is encountered during weight training is manifested through the microtrauma that is felt on the trained muscles. This microtrauma then leads to a condition that is referred to as Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness otherwise abbreviated as (DOMS). Muscle growth as a result of a weight training or bodybuilding regimen is the response of the body to the demanding workouts that it is being put through. In other words, the body's attempt to repair the microtrauma felt on the muscles is what generates muscle growth. This is the whole concept of anabolic development.

To be successful at natural bodybuilding you should keep to a few rules that have been proved through experience. First of all, one should keep the workout sessions short and effective. The average workout should take an hour or so. After this time period, the levels of the hormones required for growth and development begin to fall. The resting periods between the sets should be kept to a minimum of 60 to 90 seconds. This is for the purpose of positive cardiovascular development and better muscle growth.

The sets to be performed should have an average cycle count of 6-15 per exercise. The reason for this is that the levels of growth hormone secretion will be optimized. At the same time the circulation of blood and nutrients will be augmented. Last but not least, the attempts at natural bodybuilding should not be allowed to stagnate. The body should constantly be challenged with new training techniques and patterns. This will be to avoid any complacency which is a precursor to a training plateau.

For success at natural bodybuilding, the athlete should adhere to the three aforementioned tenets i.e. proper nutrition, comprehensive training and adequate resting time.

Marbella is situated along the Malaga coast and it is one of Costa del Sol's most popular tourist destinations. It has a stunning natural beauty, along with an interesting historic quarter. It provides many opportunities for leisure and sporting activities of all kinds. If you prefer a bit of culture, you can visit museums and enjoy many architectural delights dating back to Moorish Spain.

If you enjoy sports, Marbella is the place for you. It boasts over a dozen golf courses built within beautiful natural settings, three marinas that offer any number of water sport activities, riding schools, tennis clubs and stunning backdrops for leisurely walks or more strenuous hiking.

The historic old quarter of Marbella can be found at the base of the Sierra Blanca hills. Here you will be able to experience typical Andalusian charm as you walk past whitewashed houses decorated with lovely geraniums and orange trees. These same orange trees can be found lining the many plazas in this area. The architecture of the City Hall built in the 16th century and the old Chief Magistrate's Office built in the 17th century should not be missed. If you visit Church Square, you will see the Greater Church of la Encarnacion and one of the two towers that was part of Marbella's old Arab fortress. There is also evidence of the Roman occupation of Marbella with remains of the Paleochristian basilica of Vega del mar, the Roman baths and the Roman villa of Rio Verde.

Marbella hosts a few festivals during the year and if you are visiting during those times, you should pop past to see them. The Fair and Festivals of San Bernabe happen at the beginning of June. Among other activities, you can enjoy concerts and bullfighting. Holy Week in honor of Marbella's patron saint occurs in October.

If you are looking for some quiet relaxation, be sure to visit La Alameda Park. Here you can book a horse and carriage to take you around or you can simply stroll in the direction of the sea along the Avenida del Mar. There are 26 kilometers of coastline that stretches from Marbella so if you are looking for a beach holiday, this is wonderful place to come. Peurto Banus is lovely to see with its magnificent yachts at its modern marina.

While Marbella was once the playground of only the rich and famous, it is now open to holiday-makers from all walks of life and with all sorts of budgets. There are a large number of more expensive four or five star hotels in the area, but it is possible to find a few less expensive options as well. You can also stay in a residential complex on your trip to Marbella. If you prefer a bit of privacy and space, you can choose to stay in a holiday rental apartment or villa. These are self catering facilities and may especially suit families or those people who are planning to stay for a longer period of time.
