Mention how you improved the efficiency and productivity within your department. Highlight any other achievements that have benefited your department and obviously your organization in general.

You should post the wage range and whether you offer benefits or not, this may help you to gain better employees. Employers, use the Internet to post jobs on the online employment websites, as this will hit a targeted group of employees, and give you a wider range of employees being reached. That means the jobs are there is you are looking. There should be one in the category you are looking for. Be upfront about your experience and what you can bring to the company, and negotiate if the wage is not quite what you are looking for. There may be raises offered after a trial period.
