[#1]21st Century Breakdown Tracklist

In the early to mid 20th century, travel was considered a luxury that was specifically for wealthy men and women. The railroad and ship liners were the two options for long distant travel, locally and abroad. For many travelers of the past, a person's choice luggage was a very important factor of a trip. In the early 20th century, a trip or a vacation aboard a steam boat or cruise liner would take around four to five weeks to complete. Travelers would be inclined to pack very heavy. They didn't just bring a wardrobe of designer clothing they actually brought along household goods and packed it into a several large steam trunks. Even today traveling can be an extremely tiring experience especially for a person who doesn't use the proper luggage to travel around with.

Due to the introduction of jet liners of travel industry, where all of a sudden people of average means were able to travel long distances, thanks to the affordability of this new form of travel.

? Unlike the distant past, finding the right luggage is no longer an issue because thankfully there are hundreds if not thousands of shops offering a several pieces of list of luggage on the Internet and offline. People who are interested in buying the luggage can choose from the online catalogues and order them by filling up their requirement.

? The manufacture of luggage has kept up with the trends down through the years. When economy changes or a new technology is developed that changes the way we do things such as the way we travel, manufacturers of luggage listen to the forecasts. Manufactures design luggage pieces to suit our needs.

? Choosing lightweight material will always be a wise choice when a person travels via the airlines.

? Most travelers prefer to carry less when it comes to luggage. However, there are travelers who cannot travel without bringing their closet along with them.

? The innovation and creativity that has been adopted by today's luggage designers is outstanding. However, a designer has to take into consideration the demands of today's traveler. What are the current requirements or guidelines of the airlines? Are they currently accepting only lightweight luggage or a select amount of heavy weights? These are the questions designers should be able to answer and the answers should reflect in their design work.

Todays travelers are opting for luggage portions that can easily be adjusted in size. The more au courant travelers will certainly desire corresponding luggage that is readily identifiable. When selecting the size of your luggage, always contemplate the airline policy as to the various sizes afforded to be hand-carried and those demanded to be checked in.

This 4th article in the series is more a checklist and a series of questions to ask yourself before parting with your cash, with the thousands of jobsites available on the Internet today the challenge of choosing the right one or right ones for your recruitment needs is a real challenge.

The look and feel of a website is crucial in attracting visitors to use a site, factors such as how attractive the site is are important, but not as important is its clarity of purpose and the ease with which you can navigate the site. What does all this web speak mean, well it means is it easy on the eye, is it clear what the site is about and is it easy to search for jobs and apply for them as a candidate? The aforementioned are just a few of the basics but it is amazing how many jobsites do not meet these standards.

Other key factors to consider from the candidate or jobseekers point of view are key:

* Are their a good number of jobs on the site appropriate to the specialism of the site? Answer should be YES

* Is there an accurate job search function that includes all relevant job types, location and salary range? Answer should be YES

* Does the candidate have to register to apply? Answer should be NO

* Can the candidate be alerted to new jobs matching their search criteria, by email and by sms? Answer should be YES

* Can the candidate register and put their CV in a database and then apply for multiple positions? Answer should be YES

* Does the site have vacancies from employers as well as agencies? Answer should be YES

* Does the site allow registration and the ability to be selected by recruiters for contact against search criteria without compromising personal identity? Answer should be YES

Factors to consider from a recruiter point of view include:

* Is there third party evidence of site traffic and demographics available? Answer should be YES

* Is there a FOC trial available? Answer should be YES * Do you have access to a searchable candidate database? Answer should be YES

* Do you have a choice of payment options and flexibility? Answer should be YES

* Can you receive direct applications from candidates that do not wish to have their CV in a database? Answer should be YES

* Are their opportunities to promote your vacancy in prominent areas of the site? Answer should be YES And finally do such job sites exist? In my next article I will begin evaluating the jobsites that do meet these critical tests
