1. Ask for a quote

Try and contact a few replicators to ask for a quote. The faster they get back to you with a quote, the more you can trust them in terms of speed and efficiency. You might want to consider taking an offer with higher and competitve price in return for the two benefits above. Large quantity orders (10,000+ pieces) will also be cheaper than small orders.

2. Resolve copyright issues

Some good replicators have an in-house premastering studio where they give you limited encoding services. The replicator will send you a JPG or PDF form of your artwork proof for you to approve. With additional cost, they can even provide you with physical proof of the artwork. The second you approve the artwork, the replication process will start.
